I brought my mom in for the flu and shingles vaccine. We made a appointment, walked in at scheduled time.. easy peasy. My mom has late stage Alzheimers, the pharmacist was so patient and gentle with her.. thank you!

If I could rate zero I would. Worth unhelpful pharmacy ever. They tell you they will order a script and never do. They don't call you to tell you if something is on back order.

This is the only CVS pharmacy in Macomb willing to special order my desired prescription that is made by multiple companies. Other pharmacies said they just have what warehouse sends. I have cancer and have to drink special power twice daily. The one I can drink isn’t always in stock. Thanks to both employees at this location willing to go the extra effort.

The pharmacy was closed for lunch but could have someone standing at the counter to say as much? What business "closes for lunch" much less a massive corporation like this?Is the excuse that they don't have enough staff to cover a lunch break, staggering who goes when like literally EVERY other business out there? If so then once again the corporation has failed here. Clearly the employees, who are not at fault here, are not being given adequate support.God forbid I'd been someone with a disability or had to find transportation up here only to be turned around for a business that refuses to provide adequate staffing.Closed for lunch my behind. Y'all just profiteering trying to extract as much as possible from already overworked pharmacy staff.

I was in the store on the corner of 24 and Gratiot 2 weeks ago ... I went to check out and my care pass didn't pop up ...I asked what's up? And of course they had no clue ...now this has happened before!! So I had to run thru the re-up process AGAIN !!! It took 40 mins to get it all done again ... The cashier had to ring up my Merchandise 3 times to get it right .... finally it goes thru and I go home ....I'm going thru my stuff and one of the products I Purchased was missing and of course it was one of the most expensive items....I haven't been back there since that day I walk in today I take $75 worth of merchandise to the counter and the guy tells me that I need to redo my information to get my care pass to work.... I thought I was going to pop an O-ring...I swear I almost lost my s#it !!!Never going backThanks CVSFOR NOTHING !!!!!

Picked up a prescription of pain pills and 8 were missing. When I called them, they acted as if I was bothering them and they had something better to do. Said they would call me back when they had time.Because I feel missing pain killers is a serious issue, I called corporate. The lady that answered, transferred me to the wrong extension, and I was lost in an automated phone system for the minute clinic. Hung up and called a 3rd time.Spoke to a third person about this problem and was told I would hear back within 48 hours.I am going to have to find a new pharmacy, which is not what I wanted to do.

Another update: Drive through Covid test- I was made to wait in my car with no one in the parking lot or drive through for 10 minutes before I buzzed them again and said I don’t have AC and am burning up. I will pick a different location if I need a drive through swab again. I didn’t have as long of a wait time at other locations taking family members in the past.Updated review: This CVS doesn’t keep their inventory in stock. They haven’t restocked pointed Q tips in the 3 years I’ve been coming here where there’s a spot for them.Their beauty department looks like they’re going out of business. I do not recommend coming to this location if you need something specific. Their choice of lubricated eye drops they do not restock as well, so if you’re in a pinch, you get what they have.Previous review during the height of the pandemic:They do not require people coming in, walking around or standing in line to wear a mask or social distance at the worst of the Covid-19 pandemic. An employee told me because they have a pharmacy they can’t ask people to put on a mask. In the front of the store standing in line, 3 separate individuals were without masks and there were other people in the store as well without one.

This CVS needs a new retail manager. The Pharmacy is excellent 5 Stars, but the rest of the store is a disaster. Shelves consistently not stocked.. Candy isle if I had to guess is about 35% stocked. Monday I wanted a tube of 4,% lidocaine to put on my scalp. They were out and I wound up getting an Aloe product with Lidocane. Am using a very strong medication on scalp to eliminate some pre-cancerous scale, and the lidocaine reduces the pain. So tonight was the 4th trip since Sunday and I wanted a bag of Milk Chocolate Raisinets shelves still near empty. Asked when they planned to put stock out again, and they just gave me lip service. I left went down to Walgreen at 23 and Gratiot and store is completely stocked. Bought 2 bags of Raisinets and they were $2 a bag less than CVS has their empty shelf marked. It's is obvious that CVS has staffing issues as this store is a mess. It is not supply chain related. Either they are not paying an hourly rate that would allow them to hire people, or they are paying a decent wage, but management is not allowing enough hours to keep up with the housekeeping and stocking.Time to get your store in order CVS.

I hate this location's pharmacy. Rude and unprofessional. They change rules as they go along. I go to Walgreens for my prescriptions...but I still have to go here for my parents.
