Whoever makes deliveries on Wednesdays to the area of 24 and card quite literally sucks at their single job! I’ve had multiple packages delivered to the wrong address, it’s ridiculous. I’m not sure if this person is in a rush and only reading the address number and not the street name, but it’s unacceptable!

I have been using the FedEx for about two years now. I’m surprised that the reviews are so low! Every time I go in there (which is pretty often for my line of work) the staff greets me and they are super friendly and helpful. I’ve never had a bad customer service experience with this location. For convenience, I did try to go to the UPS office at 21 and Gratiot but will never make that mistake again! The prints came out terrible the staff was very uneducated and customer service was awful. I’ll stick with this FedEx at Walmart! Again, not sure why the reviews are so low, I would encourage you to go back and give them a second chance because the staff there has been top notch for me.

Cannot explain how much i love this location. I recently made the switch from ups to fedex and its a world of a difference. Will be returning!

I ship data to my company's CA location once each week for work, wherever in North America I happen to be in, and had a mechanical hard drive to be shipped express with packing, so I visited the FedEx Office inside the local Walmart (pretty much the only time I'll set foot in there); FedEx staffer Marlene was extremely helpful with the entire process from start to finish, and it took very little time. She ensured that the hardware was properly cushioned and securely packed, and I left the store knowing that the shipment will arrive undamaged at its destination. She's a 'keeper'!

Never came cross such incompetent staff. I went to this location to ship a document to Miami but it ended up at my home doorsteps the next day. When I went back to ask them to correct their mistake they didn’t acknowledge doing anything wrong and said it was my fault. Why would someone put a shipping address in Miami to send something to MI?!! They were very rude and awful people. Take your business somewhere else

Very rude staff they don't know what they are doing. Bad customer service and not willing to acknowledge when making a mistake. Save your money and time and take your business somewhere else

Fedex smart post is horrible. Cust reps cannot find the shipments and aren't willing or able to help customers. Use usps or UPS, fedex will lose it or not be able to provide realistic ETA. And if you ask for a manager, they already are and won't forward you. Fedex is the worst case for shipping anything.

Very helpful staff. Just take what you want to ship in. They'll pack it up and ship it for you. I don't even need to stay.

They dropped my MOMs PASSPORT to a DRUG house and didn’t even get a signature. Now we can’t get it. They said they would give her the money that she put toward this trip. NOW they wont even do that. Expect to hear from fox 2 news and our lawyer.
