Most of the locations do not accept the on line barcode for returns, except Walmart. I went to 4 stores before I found out only Walmart takes it in my area. Very aggravating!

You know I’m very disappointed in this company. Everytime I order something that requires a signature they don’t wait at all. The guy who came to my house literally knocked on the door once ONE TIME puts paper on the door runs down the stairs to his trucks and leaves with my package in his hands. I know he might’ve not been in a good mood and i certainly don’t want this fella to loose his job. But this has happened in my neighborhood more than once and i feel like our neighborhood is personally targeted for whatever the reason maybe but please idc where these drivers directions they’re coming from weather it’s from chesterfield or not you need to train your drivers to have patience. PLEASE because you just caused me to lose my agreement with a company and that’s a lot of money I’ve lost just now so thank you for this.

Very convenient. Helpful and friendly staff. I use them to drop off my fed ex packages and I can email them items I need printed so when before I arrive I email my documents over and I can print them myself when I arrive. Some services are very expensive if you have time to shop it out I do suggest doing that and saving some money.

Well they only take certain types of fedex boxes you can't just drop off any type off box however when you search for a FedEx drop they sure do offer you a place to go it's not the right place but hey your time is not important

Went to return AT&T equipment. Service was good but wouldn't take items that were too old. That was disappointing but really blame AT&T.
