I am extremely disappointed with my son’s haircut. I showed the stylist multiple photos of exactly how we wanted his hair, and we even talked about how he still likes to spike it up. Instead, she cut it way too short. It was nothing like what we discussed. Now my six-year-old is very upset, especially since this happened the day before an picture day for him. I would not recommend taking your kids here.

I asked for a trim just to freshen dead ends and also wanted to keep my v shape in the back lady cut atleast 5 to 6 inches off my hair was hard to tell as she was doing it but its also straight im not happy at all about how much length I lost the do good in men ladies don't go here

If I could give a negative review I would. I've been to this one several times giving them a chance. They Don't know how to do a basic cut for a woman nor they do they know how to thin hair. I have extremely thick hair I asked for a trim because I'm letting it grow and to thin it out. Very very very very simple. And I left there looking exactly the same didn't do nothing with no thinning shears nothing. I know these places are really meant for men and not women. But I've been to several that have good hair stylist. And I went there because I wasn't going to do nothing extravagant. Literally the dead ends and thinned out a lot. When you pay almost $50 with no shampoo or nothing just a dry cut you expect to have at least a little bit of what you ask for. If your man go for it If your woman I wouldn't go there unless you're doing a basic short haircut.

My Buzz cut Looks fine and satisfied. What pisses me off is when you check in they want all your personal information name, phone number, Even your address. Unfortunately, all this data can be easily Sold to third party websites, hackers and this runs the risk of having Your personal information exploited.
Yes, I told the woman that all she needed was my first name and phone number. She right away didn’t seem that happy about it. Not a chance in hell this place would get my personal address.

Kaitlyn did a awesome job! Saved the day. Girlfriend said I couldn’t meet her parents with the biker cut so she cut it to maintain the coolness yet allowed some civility back to hair. Thanks again

Went in being next in line, still waited a good 15 min to get my son back. Then it took two ladies to mess his hair up. The only way to fix it is to buzz it off. So disappointed esp with Christmas a week away.

No point of checking in online if they don't hold your spot. Showed up before my time and asked how long the girl was very rude and said when there is a spot for you. Waited 20 mins past my check in time and left. Won't be back.

My haircut was perfect for me. She took time and layered and cut just like the picture I had shown her. Made sure that I was satisfied and gave me a few tips. Very friendly and happy and I felt great when I left.
Hair type: My stylist gave me the perfect haircut for my fine hair and my request. I don't know her name but she's the happiest person on 23 mile Rd.
