I went to liberty taxes last year, and they missed a form for paid health insurance, it held my refund up almost 8 months...this year I could've done myself, but Greg at Jackson Hewitt got me back so much more than expected! And being first time customer took $200 (1/2) off my prep cost, he covered every corner and even got me money for having a 401k that's already been cashed out! I didn't know that was even a thing! He was very personable and easy to talk with..I was able to download my w2 and was done fairly quickly. I couldn't be happier with my return estimate and it's gonna be my down payment on a home hopefully by end of summer. I'll never go elsewhere again, these guys know all the tricks and definitely don't cut corners with security either. I felt very comfortable sharing information and really liked how relatable my tax professional was. Can't even believe I considered paying $600 last year for half the return (8months later) and a snotty tax consultant, this year I paid less than half that and definitely will be receiving double the return. Thanks Greg at Chesterfield Jackson Hewitt! You are awesome!

I was there for 2 hours. Way too long. The guy was nice enough, but seemed a little unsure of what he was doing. Cost way too much for my simple taxes but was fortunate I got the 50% off for first time customer. Don't think I'll go back.

My husband and I had a really good experience working with Jessica C. today she was just really nice, friendly and made our filing so much easier. I couldn’t believe how fast it went, and how experienced she was. Only wish they would put one closer to Port Huron. So much of this world is complaining, and I’m not innocent. Anyway ! � she was awesome � if you Ever read this, THANKS!!
