The Chesterfield location is far superior to another Joann Fabrics I've been to. Nicely organized and a friendly/helpful staff.

These people should not be working here. I literally asked for an even exchange. I was switching the color of my thread, and this girl at the register literally gave me a refund back to my card and expected me to pay for the item I was swapping when she could’ve easily just easily exchanged the item. Then on top of that, Briana knew the situation and kept me waiting in the front for 30 minutes and never showed up regarding this issue. This is by the far the worst customer service ever! Like you’re really that busy to the point you couldn’t come to the front to help a customer? You cannot be that busy at a fabric store at 10:30 in the morning. Never coming here again!

horrid experience. I called after my coupon wouldn't go through and asked for 2 skeins of yarn to be set aside. customer service is rude and seems bothered by my call, telling me it's a door buster coupon. It does not say door buster coupon on my end. I was driving 40 minutes. This store showed 3 in stock . customer service doesn't ask for my name, I ask her to hold it for Sue. I arrive and no yarn is held back. I go get the one and ask for a manager. Susan tells me it's new management, she doesn't know who answered my call and the numbers online aren't accurate because of new management. it's based on the cash register sale Susan!! you're s as manager and don't know who worked the morning? I will not be going back.

Had to wait for someone to cut my fabric. I was told it was shift change. Staff was nice.
