I love Kohl's for the quality merchandise they sale and always great deals. I shop at the Chesterfield store, because it organized and very clean. More importantly, they have friendly customer service.

Very friendly staff, but the store was a mess. Nothing is organized, merchandise all over the place and things piled up in the wrong places.

Couldn't find an associate for assistance. Also, I waited some time for help at the checkout , which never came. I finally gave up and left.

I went in here today. The store had barely any customers in it. I had a difficult time finding help. I needed assistance checking out and the one person I asked for help acted like I was bothering her. I left and found what I was looking for at JC Penney. Honestly don't know how Kohls is staying in business.

Kohls did not deliver my order as promised then promised it would be delivered 7 days late. When it was not I reached out and was told if I just waited another week it would surely arrive! After the time was up I reached out and was DENIED A REFUND AND TOLD TO WAIT TWO MORE DAYS! Even UPS has said this item is lost and will not arrive! I have been a loyal customer for 20 years and will NEVER shop with Kohls again!!! NEVER JAS KOHLS HAD SUCH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I will tell everyone I know not to shop with KOHLS and have already posted all these messages on all my social media accounts and I am an influencer!!! I hope you lose thousands Kohls over terrible customer service!!
