I've never had a problem with Lowe's. But I bought something and it was mailed to me and I didn't get a chance to get it back in time and they wouldn't return it. It had never been opened. The lady at the counter had actually opened it. So basically they don't take returns, and I will probably never shop here again. And I have spent over twenty thousand dollars in that place, remodeling a home.

I am even more frustrated with the reply from this company to send me to a generic webpage with automated answers that I have to click on for “help“.
When a customer has an issue, a service oriented company should reach out directly by phone and solve the issue.
The fact that a $80 shipping charge has become the reason you have lost a customer and this customer will continue to tell my story… Seems like poor business decision.

The associate I spoke with on the phone was absolutely wonderful, but unfortunately, the management and customer service of organization is far substandard.
I had placed an online order for a large amount of lumber and a few rolls of insulation. The store contacted me and said that they could not fulfill the lumber order so they were sending it to another store to deliver that part of it. They shipped the three rolls of insulation And then canceled the remaining part of my order and said they do not have the lumber in stock. But still charged me the full $80 shipping charge!??
I contacted them and nicely asked for a refund on the shipping because they did not fulfill the order and I could have easily picked up the three rolls of insulation myself. I was denied that request and only offered a $25 gift card. Which I do not even want to use because I never want to do business with this type of organization again. Home Depot will be receiving my business .

Went there about 6pm. Parking lot was empty. Wanted to buy a tool kit which is locked up. Asked a gentlemen for help he said he would call the person working that department. Heard phone ringing no one answered. Pushed the buzzer for help no one came. The guys on other side of department totally ignored us. Waited for a good 30 minutes before we left. Won’t be back to that store again!

Stick to Home Depot or Menards. This place has a ridiculous return policy. Sealed packages with receipt in hand and I'm unable to return the entire order. Tanya at returns says that some of my items are outside 90 days (but not all, nevermind they were all bought together). Spent over 100k at Home Depot this year and it's definitely going to stay that way.

Go to Home Depot instead. Bought an LG dryer from here, broke in less than 20 days. Because I didn't have a Lowe's Credit Card, they refused to exchange it and had to go through the manufacturer to get it fixed. Bought it in August, it is now close to the end of October and I still have a $600 brick of a dryer that is not fixed.
Called the manager, gave me a lame excuse as to why they won't exchange items and has to be done within 48 hours of purchase or on a Lowe's credit card. I RARELY leave negative reviews, but this one is uncalled for - customers shouldn't have to buy a lemon product and if the product is defective, it should be replaced without issue.
Scammed. Thanks guys

We bought a washer and dryer set not even 30 days ago with a warranty and the dryer is already not working!!! I'm livid, this company is garbage and customer service is rude. Will not do anything for us, save your money and go anywhere else!!!!

Can't use my military discount on a $600 dollar table saw because they said its already on sale, non veterans pay the same price, they said it was double dipping. Good thing freedom wasn't on sale when we were defending it or they would all be screwed. I guess big Corp can't afford 10%..... oh well

Bought a ton from this location and never have an issue. Staff is friendly and well versed. Had an issue with a dryer (not their fault) and GE wouldn’t warranty. Bought a new washer and dryer and the staff was fantastic. Told them my concerns, they gave input when asked. All around good staff to deal with.

I've waited to leave this review hoping that this store would fix the problem but it's been 2 months now. I bought a gas powered weed whacker from them at the beginning of June. I've used it once, it's defective, the head is wiped out & won't connect to the shaft. I took it back & the only thing they said they could do was send it out for repair since I put gas in it. That return policy they quoted doesn't appear on the website. The customer service guy wrote out the ticket that it wouldn't start, I told him that's not the issue, I thought he amended the ticket.
Anyway, it was gone for a month, no phone call. I finally called them & they said oh yeah, it's here. They charged me $65 for the repair, they said I used bad gas. They went on to lecture me about 2 cycle oil.
I try to run the thing & the had the same issue. So I take it back again, my fault here as I should've tested it before I left the store. They refunded me the original repair & sent it out again.
It's been 2 months now since I purchased it. I called today, was shuffled around on the phone & told it's not back yet. Not once did anyone ask for the number associated with the repair.
I've gone 8 weeks without a weed whacker in the peak of summer.
Annoyed.
