Dont waste your time signing up for anything. All lies. Wasted 20min in store to get nothing and your employees walked away saying they can't do anything it all off your next purchase. Good to know before I waste my time, never shopping here again.

Store is generally organized. The new self checkouts are quick and easy. Selection of various craft items is above average. Coupons are hard to find now, not much offered on the app. I'm finding they are more expensive than Joann's or other competitors. Their drive up pick up is easier than Joann's.

It was okay I came in there for jewelry making it just seems like they stand around and don't Wana help you and then you gotta come hunt them down and then they give you vague answers thankfully there was this nice girl in the front of the store who went above and beyond for me xo she knows who she is ! She gets a 5 stars the rest of it 3 ! This place should do better . Idk if it was an off day or nobody wanted to work. But I usually come in here w no issues and everybody is on top of their stuff what is going on? Here :( use to be my favorite store and. Now I don't even Wana come back here because the failed customer service all around except for that one amazing girl

Every time I shop there garbage all over the sidewalk blowing out of the over flowing cans. Does the corporate office or their store managers condon littering are streets. Other than that it's okay.
