Maybe think about changing your hours online to match your store. Some people use time to schedule things in there lives. You simply changing a time online save me and others time.... Maybe I'll ship elsewhere

They are knowledgeable, friendly, and had the part I needed on a Saturday, with a great price and a bucket too! Gave me some advice as well, and NAPA parts are quality parts. Glad I stopped in.

Garbage store. I just got back home, still during supposed business hours, and the doors are locked, no one inside. Looked like they had been gone a while. I had an online order that I placed around noon, that was supposed to be "ready for pick up" in 30 minutes. No notification that the order was ready, and I needed the parts to launch my boat tomorrow, get to the store, closed early... No note, no reason, just closed. Advertised as open on google maps, yelp, and on their own damn website... nope, closed. I understand that businesses are having trouble finding help and staying open, but if you're under staffed, temporarily close stores, or adjust your hours and advertised hours accordingly. I would have gladly drove to the 15 and Gratiot store for my parts, instead you lost a customer.

Was promised a part for my car the following day but that was a lie. Was told it would be on the truck in another day, again that was a lie, then finally after a week of waiting I was told they lost the part in the warehouse and I had to find it elsewhere. Employees were rude and didn’t know what was going on when asked. Definitely won’t be doing business with them again and I suggest to go anywhere else before here.
