Was working here for about a month the general manager Lisa is terrible that’s why they can’t keep staff because she treats her employees bad she cares about credit cards to get a bonus for her paycheck more than making sure her staff is okay she doesn’t care if your sick at all.. nobody likes her..she makes your job a living hell getting other people to spy on you for no reason making you feel uncomfortable and criticizing everything you do..makes you not even want to do your job because she will find something to complain about to mess with you on purpose. Other managers there are amazing god bless them strong women for having to deal with Karen I mean Lisa. When you come into this store and need a manager for help be sure to ask for Ruth or Melissa.

The one only thing I don't like about this store is they don't carry 3X in men's My man is built and I couldn't get him a button down so I looked and it seems this store doesn't carry bigger sizes at all like some others do.... They ALL should other than that it's great

Checking out & the main manager the heavier set lady was extremely rude. Did not help when I was trying to push the stroller out of the door while holding my baby in the other hand. Then she watches me struggle and then makes a comment that we were taking too long to check out. Just not friendly.

Terrible Customer service. This was my first time here. We came from TJMAXX next door, we were looking for black skinny jeans for boys. We googled the hours the store closed before we left TJMAXX. We walked into Old Navy and there was a white lady at the table sitting down. I thought she was a greeter but the only thing she said when we came in the door was " we close in 20 mintues" No Hi welcome to old navy, can I help you find something. That was a very rude way to greet someone and welcome them to the store. We already knew the store was closing in 20 minutes but we were looking for something very specific and knew we would be in and out. You should provide more training to that person. As we left she still sat at the table and said nothing, no good bye , or have a good evening. Terrible experience in such a short amout of time.

Dtr and I walked in picked up $15 ad jeans. All sizes3 types flare.skinny.reg.Took to pleasant cashiers.Cashier found $10 rewardfor me. Spent about 20 min. My kinda shopping.
