I had to cancel a delivery order last minute because I had to leave my home for an emergency. I instead stopped into the restaurant to pick up my order. When I returned home a few hours later there was my order on the porch. I tried to call to pay for the 2nd meal but they were unable to take another payment. If the door dasher who delivered sees this, please get ahold of me so I can give you a tip!Great food, great customer service.

My food was old and had no sauce, I ordered their spicy chicken sandwich and it literally was just the meat and the bread(which was stale). I complained and asked for the manager(Belle), she RUDELY asked what I wanted and told me she wouldn't give me a refund, 0/10 never eating here again.

This is the slowest drive thru that I have ever driven through! Every time it is longer! Get some help and pick it up Panera! I am ending my SIP club because this is the location closest and I will not wait 35 minutes in drive thru for a drink!

Ordered through DoorDash and they canceled my ordered 45 minutes later. Thanks for being inconsiderate. If you didn’t want to make the food, at least cancel it right away.

I originally wrote a bad review as my meal was not up to the usual standard expected. After speaking to the manager today she assured me that this was not the quality product I should have received and assured me she would resolve within her store. She restored my faith in my favorite restaurant. Thank you

I walked in and was immediately treated like a family member from Katie! I received wonderful service! I am definitely impressed with Katie and the rest of the staff on January 22nd in the morning! I don’t know if I consistently do something wrong every time I go, just by being a human being… But when I asked for utensils for my soup and half sandwich this time, and was handed a fork and knife with an attitude & eye roll on top of the many other times, I’ve come in or ordered online and have gotten poor customer service, I just don’t feel I deserve that. Maybe I do, or maybe that’s just the city’s standard of businesses and customer service but I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I know I marked on my online order for there to be utensils included, and I’m glad I asked because last time I didn’t get them even though I checked the utensils box, because this time I asked for them in person still just in case and checked the bag when I got in my car and there weren’t any, and i cant eat soup with a fork and knife lol. Three strikes and you’re out, lost my business. sucks because the food is good.

Ordered soup from drive thru. I waited 5 minutes then went inside.reordered my soup. Drive thru said I never ordered. Told the manager she didn't seem to care.
