Me and my roommate were looking at the beta fish and a worker Jamie comes up to us asking if we needed help. We responded no just looking at the colors of the fish. She asked us if we were 18 and we are both 21, we said yes we are over 18 and she asked for us to give her our ids. I didn’t have an issues with showing we were over 18 but we were not at the counter buying anything, we were just shopping no reason to ask us for ID FOR SHOPPING. Rude and so unprofessional. We left without purchasing anything.

We recently acquired an abandoned kitten and went to PetSmart to purchase some basic needs for our newest family member and I was blown away by the vast array of neat products for cats. (My first time in a PetSmart usually my wife takes care of the pets needs.) But wow they had everything we needed to get started. The gentleman at the checkout was very nice and helpful. Now I know why my wife travels such a long distance to go to this PetSmart.

They are selling expired Instinct Rawboost Mixers. I was going to purchase a bag as they were on sale after looking at the Best Buy dates which expired in August 2024 I was there on 1/11/25. I handed the employee 8 bags of expired Raw Mixers. I finally grab another flavor of Mixer at the time I thought I checked the dates well it’s 1/13/25 and my dogs haven’t felt well come to find out the Mixers I’ve been feeding them for 2 days have Best Buy Date of 11/22/24! I’m very disappointed with this Petsmart Chesterfield MI.

We brought our Molly into get groomed and her nails done, for the 1st time. Joe and the rest of the crew that were there took great care of our pup. Everything went beautifully, even though Molly was scared of the grinder, which they explained they couldn't do because she was scared and they didn't want to stress her out.
Truthfully, we can not say 1 negative thing about this location. They are always eager to help, the advice they give is helpful especially for 1st time fur parents. Molly really enjoys going to Pet Smart to see "Aunt Jackie ", which is the associate who 1st helped us with Molly when we rescued her. Awesome team of pet loving humans.
