I went into the store a couple of days ago to upgrade a phone. A young man named MD was helping me move all the information from my old phone to my new phone. While I was there he received a personal call on his cell phone and answered the phone. While he was supposed to be helping me. He was laughing and using slang words with who ever he was talking to while I’m sitting there at the table with him. He started moving all the information and my gmail password was not working so I had to come home to pick up another device so I can reset my password. I got home picked up the devise and went back to the store. When I got there another worker told me he went to lunch. I have worked in the customer service field over 30years and I have never seen anything like the experience I had at this store. Another worker had to take over what he started and clear the information from my old phone before I left the store. If workers don’t like helping people don’t work in this type of field.

I’m disheartened to even have to leave this review, but a little help goes a long way. I came in on a warranty replacement for my elderly uncles phone. The staff inspected the phone for damage, verified it was covered under warranty and ordered a new one.When I came in to swap the phone, I was then told they wouldn’t replace it because it they believed it had water damage. No mention of this the first time they inspected it.So I ended up purchasing the phone that was the warranty replacement. My uncle decided after a few days he’d prefer a jitterbug for the ease of use after a stroke left him with minimal use of his right hand.I attempted to return the phone a week prior, but the line was unbearably long and I didn’t have the time to wait. I came in today and was told I was 2 days past the return window. No leniency at all. I was told there was no wiggle room.I left the store with the intention of switching to Verizon after being with T-Mobile for over a decade I called T-Mobile support whom took the time to hear me out on all the time I’ve spent going back and forth up to the store. They credited my account for the value of the phone and unlocked the phone so I can sell it.I’m not asking the store to move mountains for me. A little leniency for my trouble would have been appreciated.

I wouldn't even give one star.. no help at all. Tried charging me 400 on a 5 year old plan. I've been with t mobile for years but that store almost made me jump ship! Thank goodness for George as a supervisor! Handled the situation with no problem, over the phone.That store is a disgrace

I had a great experience upgrading my phone at this location. MD was extremely helpful and kind, he made the entire process easy! I would recommend this location and specifically MD as a sales specialist.
