typically at Texasroad house the bread rolls are free, which is why it’s so popular, but I got two baskets and was charged $15 for them. the servicer was also very rude and full of disrespect. she gave nasty looks and made comments about my looks. I’m very disappointed in this. I used to love going there so it’s unfortunate

Excellent service, I even found I wasn't fond of an item, and was able to get a replacement no problem, so great!Dietary restrictions: Let them know our allergy to mushrooms, very Accomidating

Okay this is the last straw. Ordering the “fall off the bones ribs” from this place is a roll of a dice. You might get great ribs or you might get the driest toughest meat you’ve ever bitten into with no barbecue sauce. I stopped coming here for 2 months because of the food quality dropping. Do better Texas Roadhouse you are one of my favorite restaurants I own stock I love the restaurant so much. Please do not fall off. The ribs I got were unacceptable. I don’t care how many free vouchers they give me for meals. Just make it right the first time.

I had a carryout tonight that was messed up 3 times. 1st time forgot my drink, then gave me 4 rolls without any butter when I ordered a dozen, then after driving 3 miles I noticed they forgot my side. My food was cold by the time I drove back. The manager, I believe her name was Sarah, was more than accommodating and had everything remade for me and made sure everything was in the bag before I left. People make mistakes, nobody is perfect and it was taken care of in a professional manner. The food was hot and delicious!

Placed carry out order for half slab with baked potato Caesar salad and green beans. Ribs were burned and the potato was a day old. Will never go back.

I want to Texas Roadhouse yesterday,and my experience was different this time,while waiting for our bread the host named abby i believe, with blonde hair was cussing loudly in front of everyone and there were many children around this time i think that in very unprofessional.When my teenager told me there was a weed device in her back pocket it made sense why she forgot my kids menus, I don’t think someone like this should be working in a restaurant if they can’t stay sober.Although other than that my waitress Heather was very pleasant and she ended up bringing our kids menus,Food was good it also came out hot.

First of all, I tried calling for carry out, I was transferred 3 times. Only because the app kept sending me to Novi’s carry-out, so I had to call. When I finally got through and placed my order for take out, I was told I could pick it up at the take out drive thru. So I pull up, and yep, no food, no order for me, “the 20 something kid asked me 3 times, was I sure I was at the “right” Roadhouse?? So he asks me to pull aside and after 15 minutes (already late for work), I said no!! Tell the management they owe me”!!! As I drove away!! Will not be going going back!!

Today, was my mom's birthday, so she wanted Texas Roadhouse.Now prior, on 2 different occasions of ordering pickup...they screwed our order up. So, I figured 3rd time is a charm....well...guess what...I picked up our order...explained to the girl at the window that I needed to check the bag before I leave, and I'm glad I did because the entire 2 dinners were not even mine, so I had to move out of line...pull over and wait for them to get the orders right....mean time...my family is waiting for me to bring their dinners back home.I'm truly disappointed with this establishment, I do love the food, but your customer service needs to be reevaluated for your pick up orders.We pay good money also, so we at least expect our orders to be correct when picking them up.Thank you.
