I will never go back to this store again they lost my package by not scanning it in but put a label on it. And gave me a tracking number and cant find it anywhere. They need to do better with scanning stuff in

The customer service at this store is awful, they should talk to some of their male employees. When I came into the store, they ignored me and saw other customers even though I was there before the other customers walked in. One particular male employee was very rude to me, he was mad that I had to take a phone call. I will not be going back to this location because of that.

Mus was incredibly helpful during my visit to the UPS Store—he made the whole process quick and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone so kind and patient, and I truly appreciated his help. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great service he provided.

Went by there, at 6:15 p.m., Wednesday and sign off, lights off and store closed. Not open until 7:00pm like advertised.

This, morning I had to Send a Package by UPS. I went to your location, and the Gentleman that waited on me was Very Friendly and Polite. This, was my Very First Time sending a Package with UPS.
Whenever, I have to Send anything else by UPS, I will be going to your location.

Arrived prior to closing (albeit seconds) after being stuck in traffic only to have 2 employees first ignore me completely as I gently knocked on the door (they looked up and saw I was there but choose to ignore me), then after waiting patiently for almost 10 minutes when I could see I had their attention, shrugged at me and waved me away. Clearly they closed-up early and have no respect for the customer's time. I had the simplest of returns that would have taken seconds.

This location has been getting worse for a long time, after today I will never return. Mus, was “helping” me today, extremely arrogant and rude. When I asked for a phone number for management he told me there wasn’t one. He seemed to not like me from the moment I walked in and I believe that’s because of my race from the looks and tone he was giving me. He might be the worst there but most are awful. The one older lady that works there is the only person who knows how to do her job and treats anyone like a human being.

Friendly staff. Fast service. The store was clean and organized. Handicap accessible and they even had a dolly to use for a large package.
