Never go to this verizon. I was on my phone it cut off. I go to Verizon Rita opened my new phone that came in for another customer. Why my phone got cut off in the middle of my work call. Than because she tried to give it to another customer it had their pass code. Found that out when I got home and the phone timed out and I couldn't get in. Ofcourse the store closed before I could get there. 2 days of unprofessionalism. Very upset.

What a wonderful experience visiting the Chesterfield 23 mile Victra Verizon Store on Sunday May 19th. Fahad took very care of us, listening to our needs he made recommendations that fit exactly what we were looking for. My goodness, went in to add our watches to our accounts …and left with new phones!

I stopped in because my phone had been randomly acting up for the last two weeks. Rita was very helpful! She dove right in and diagnosed the problem after working on it for less than 5 minutes! She gave me several options but told me that the problem would keep coming back because I had installed a software update that Samsung had sent which was not right for my phone and that action could not be undone. I decided to get a new phone (mine was almost 5 years old). Rita explained that my phone was built when the standard was 4G and the new system was trying to make it use 5G and it couldn't handle it. Rita got me all of the discounts and I only paid $300 (including tax) for a $1,300 phone plus a screen saver and a case. I'm very satisfied!!

If I could give ten stars to the lady that has been nothing but patient with me I would! Rita is fantastic, she took time to show me how to use my new phone and was absolutely patient the entire time! Best experience I've had at a Verizon store in over 7 years!!!

I really enjoyed going to Verizon for the first time in years. These people on 23 Mile Rd are very professional and knowledgeable. The friendliness was great. I recommend anyone who needs to go to a Verizon store to go there. Ask to see Rita.

Most through workers (Fahad and Rita) !! They were extremely helpful with getting my uncle set up with his new phone and giving him all the discounts available to him ! Made everything super simple and they are very professional!! My favorite Verizon store !

I visited this store on July 20th as I needed a replacement phone and the reviews were very good for this location.
I was BLESSED to work with Louis who took time not only to present me with options as a replacement phone, but also went over opportunities for my plan and the other phones on our account. He took the time to ensure the new phone was properly set up and even went outside to ensure it hooked up in with my vehicle's bluetooth!!!
All this service was SO above and beyond and I can't recommend this location highly enough!
Louis was an incredible partner in helping me with my selections and upgrades that day and I'm SO GLAD I went out of my way to go to this location!!!
HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this Verizon location!!!!
