I absolutely dread going to this place since my preferred pharmacy shut down. Expect to wait about 15 minutes each visit. Don’t really blame the pharmacy workers they seem pretty swamped and were gave a huge work load due to Rite aid closing. I’d recommend a mom and pop pharmacy

Drove away at 1:01 after a pharm tech told me my prescription wasn’t ready only for them to text me 6 minutes later that it’s ready. Why not just tell me to wait a few minutes? Poor customer service.

Terrible customer service. Brought in a prescription for my twenty pound dog because the medication that she is on is human grade. Normally pick it up at riteaid , but because the pharmacy was closed down recently I had to switch. The pharmacist wouldn't fill the prescription because he said that it was missing information And believed it to be fraudulent. After I waited there for the prescription to be filled for quite awhile. I called my dogs vet back and told them what the pharmacist said they then sent a copy of the prescription over to the meijer pharmacy which filled it for me no problem. I highly recommend not going to this pharmacy. I've been here a couple times in a bind because it's close to home and open until 9 and every time is a problem. Being accused of trying to fill a fraudulent script was beyond embarrassing. They way I was spoken to was beyond rude, I will not be back

absolutely awful experience the grump old man that works there should probably not be in customer service. i don’t know about other peoples jobs but i know i would not have mine if i was kicking people out 10 mins early? very very disappointed in our elderly.

After waiting for 10 minutes in the drive-thru I wasn't able to get the prescriptions because they couldn't send the tube to me twice in order to give me the prescriptions and told me to go to the back of the line for the one that had the drawer. I would have had to wait at least 20 minutes to get them. Why can't you divide them up and send tube twice?

The pharmacy staff is one of the best I’ve experienced in my life. I talk multiple medications and at times I can have issues with insurance about getting them filled. The staff at the Chesterfield Walgreens has always been so kind and helpful to me.

Sometimes it only takes one visit to earn a lifetime customer. several years back, my employer changed my families prescription membership number at the beginning of a year. On Jan 2, 201x, the pharmacist tied up a phone line for over an hour working through my employers clerical error. He never missed a beat, no other customers were impacted. the man was absolutely outstanding at his job!!! i haven't seen him in quite some time, and the place lacks the vibrancy and intensity he brought, but its still clean, friendly, and convenient.

If I could give the pharmacy here no stars I would. I've been here twice and both times have been horrible. I've never been the one to have prescriptions so the first time going here I wasn't sure what to do, I went thru the drive thru and said I was there to pick up a prescription and the lady was like okay. And then just stared at me as I'm staring back like okay wtf then very rudely she's like so what's your name just so nasty and I'm like oh I'm sorry I didn't know. Then the second time going was today and I went thru the drive thru again, I was there 8 minutes after they opened. Waiting for 32 minutes !!! In line while more cars kept pulling up as well. Never even got my prescription I need for my pregnancy because I got irritated and just drove off. Couldn't even come and say hey sorry we are running a little behind I'll be right with you. This place sucks. Thanks for nothing.
