I have wasted 45 minutes of my time cause I have a question to ask about the status of a medication. Pathetic……my time is valuable. Rite Aid would never allow someone waiting that long only to hang up. I was always the next call…are they drinking alcoholic beverages to tell that deliberate Lie?
