We bought what we thought were danishes and when we got into them we found out that all it is, is a regular dinner roll with icing and fruit. I would never buy them again or tell anyone to get them. They are disgusting'!!!!!!

This location recently updated their security systems and self pay registers. They have done a lot of remodeling as well. When you walk into the fresh side they now have rows of candy, snacks, and drinks near the self pay registers. They also changed a lot of the signs above aisles and moved some aisles aroind. I admit this made it difficult to find items because everything was moved around.The major downside to the new self pay kiosks is that there are so many and so they only ever have two cashiers open. Ususally I love using the kiosks but they no longer take WIC or can return coupons. This is a major issue that needs to be resolved. I had to stand in a line of 6 people to wait for a cashier. There were so many kiosk lanes open too but we couldnt use them. Overall, I like the new changes they have made to the store. I am hoping that they can at least fix those issues.

I was a bit absent minded today. When checking out at a self checkout register, I pulled out some cash back, and left it behind whilst daydreaming probably. Luckily, my guardian Angel Nick set aside the money for me to receive once I returned. Thank you Nick as well as the wonderful woman at customer service (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch) for helping me correct my silly mistake.

The people here (customers and workers) are gross. It looks like they all rolled off of the couch after a weekend of binge drinking, eating and no showering. Just repulsive. Issue #1: the fruit and vegetables are always bruised and doesn't seem as fresh as it should (picked over maybe?). Another HUGE issue: there are NEVER enough cashiers. Seems dirty and has a general unkempt vibe. I wouldn't come to this location again unless absolutely necessary (e.g., emergencies only).

I ordered a package online today. I received my package on time. However the items were sent in a clear plastic bag. Completely see-through. Everyone could see inside my package. Extremely cheap!

Your customer service staff is absolutely atrocious you should honestly be ashamed. Your money is best spent at Target or Meijer instead of this garbage pit. The only employee who tried to be helpful was in charge of the self checkouts. I had two customer service staff talk to me and they were absolutely awful. I had to ask several times and resort to an attitude because your staff was so rude, lazy and toxic. I was looking for one item and had a simple question but instead I got the run around and when I finally got an answer the customer service representative started walking away running her mouth off as she went. I already hated what this place has become but that's it, I will not be back.

Full time RV's for over a year now. Been in several Walmart's in 18 different states in last 12 months. Walmart Super Center in Chesterfield, Mi absolutely the worst as far as customer service! It was raining out, 0 carts at either entrance. When asked associates who were chit chatting they said they were short handed and it was raining. Suggested I bring a couple in when I go out to get one!. Started looking around and seen more and more associates visiting. Worst managed/supervised store from CA to Michigan!! Drove to Meijer down the road, they had employees willing to get wet!

Haven't had any cashiers in months. All self scan. They have a greeter but no cashiers smdh. Women's bathroom was absolutely disgusting. 4 stals and only 1 could barely be used because the other 3 were blown up. I've given this store 3 chances and Im now im done.
