Took my dog Babs here to get her teeth cleaned and get all her shots. I didn't feel like I was being treated just like a number. Doctor was very patient and informative when we went in for the check up. Staff was super nice. I got a rabies vaccine tag for babs free from them which I never got one before from another well known vets office. A+. Thank you

Never never never take your pet here. I took my cat here when she had a virus that they knew they had no chance of surviving. I found out later through research it's impossible for a cat to heal from this. But they kept her alive (barely) for three days continued her suffering just to make some money. Also months later after I payed the vet bill in full the place called me and is demanding more money for abusing my cat. This place does not care about you or your pets well-being so please go anywhere else.

Karen that works here is a liar we were told one price from the counter and then we get our dog and the price was doubled and she did not care that someone gave us a price not once but twice when we called and when we dropped our dog off. When reading our bill the amounts don't even add up to the charged amount and we were refused to get our money for what the amounts added up to please if you can don't waste your time with this vet

i compassionately adopted an 8 year old dog from a rescue. his owner passed away. this vet REFUSED to send me his medical records, ever though i can provide proof of ownership. i don't know what their agenda is, why they would not want yo share his vaccination records, and why they wouldn't be happy he is in a good home. not the kind of vet i would want to take my animals to.

We have been going here for about 2 years now. Dr. Brett is amazing with our 2 American bully's. All the ladies in the front desk are so compassionate and friendly. Anytime I buy food I am asked if I need help carrying the bags to my truck. I always get same day or next day appointments when needed. Most important I always feel they are so honest when it comes to my pet care.

Was not impressed as a week ago, May 9, 2019, called to tell them my dog was choking, first question are u a client? No, well we can't take you go to an animal hospital on gratiot and hall road. Ok, but where is this place? Had to call twice? Wanting to put me on hold but demanded no. Patient or not, are you a veterinarian hospital? I couldn't make it to my vet with the traffic, thank you, my dog died in the car.... devastated that they couldn't help...

We have been going to this office since 1995. The doctors & staff have all been very helpful. We love our doctor, Dr Malburg, who sees all of our animals. I will be lost when he retires. He is so great & explains everything we need to know.

When my dog wookie had a bad skin problem only dr malburg knew what to do. Wookie went on to a long and happy life. Wookie loved going to the vet as long as it was north gratiot. I have to bring my dog there today and I'm sure she will get only the best treatment.
