We got a flat and pulled into the parking lot. We needed a bottle jack and Kendall the employee grabbed one off the shelf for us to use and didn’t require us to purchase it. We didn’t end up needing to use it but it was so kind of him to offer. We had a baby and two little dogs with us over two hours from home. This small gesture helped us in a tremendous way!

Employees were vaping inside behind the counter as customers walked in. It was kind of rude and gross in my opinion!

Sunday afternoon we ran over a piece of metal in the highway that slashed our tire. The tire quickly started losing air pressure but we made it to the Auto Zone parking lot. We needed help getting our spare tire down from underneath our vehicle. Steven was flagged down by another employee, and even tho he was on his way to his son’s cub scouts meeting, he stopped and helped us change the tire. And he did so with a smile and was so incredibly pleasant. Auto Zone, You have a real gem of an employee. A huge thank you to Steven and the employee who initially helped by flagging Steven down. Thank you for being so kind and helpful!

I was driving home from work this morning and my battery died. I didn’t catch the workers name, but I want to say it was Steven, was incredibly helpful. He came back to shop after his shift to help me change my battery (which in a dodge journey is not an easy process). I am so grateful I crossed paths with him, and I definitely recommend visiting this location!

Starter went out in my jeep. Bought it from AutoZone several years ago but we could not find it in the computer. One of the managers Kevin gave it to me anyways which was awesome of him. Since I did not have the money to replace it and I needed it to get to work. Big props to Kevin recommended AutoZone 100%!

The business is a tight ship. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They even give you a hand installing minor parts like lights and such on your vehicle.
