Your under construction waiting room was much more pleasant than the one inside the dealership. Check-out staff was most pleasant. Tech that worked on car had dirty feet.

They gave me a semi deal on a used kia that had front end damage. Josh was great to deal with. Ron was my sales man but I'm realizing how it seems he don't care to do paperwork. Tells me I don't get XM for 30 days cuz it is a used car.. yet it's a general motors thing that they DO give all used cars 30 days free XM. I was also told I'd get a $100 check because my dad bought a brand new vehicle the same day.. it's been about a month and I've yet to see that. I messaged Ron about that today and he said he'd check on it and then never messaged me back. He was nice but it seems like laziness after the deal was made. Kinda pisses me off considering I'm paying 35 grand for a used car. The least u can do is help a customer out to the fullest

We went in for a simple computer fix, and they checked the brakes and found that we needed brakes too. They were able to get us in that same time and take care of our needs without us having to come back for another visit. Kathy is great as well as all her staff.

Not very good customer service. It is truly a place where the salesman will blow smoke up your rear-end. Try them at your own risk, just know I'll drive 100 miles out of my way rather than stop here again. Buyers beware!!!!

Scott has always been a great person for us to deal with when purchasing a vehicle! He is very helpful, answers all of our questions and makes sure we find what we are looking for in a vehicle. The rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful as well. We buy local and will continue to go to Bishop in the future!
