Would never go there! I moved to clare and started doing renovations on my house with the closest hardware being this one. What a mistake, everyone except for nicole was great. If i went in for something I would purposely evade her because of her demeanor towards me before. I even watched her interaction with a younger female employee and I was appalled! While the young girl was ringing my items up she was getting trained by nicole and i first handily watched nicole misspeak and tell the girl a wrong instruction which she followed to which nicole got visibly upset about and said she never said that! It’s eaten me alive for almost a year without saying anything but man! How she talks to others is unacceptable and I’ve felt so bad for that young girl ever since then. Really hope you guys gave nicole some kind of training on how to manage someone and how to not be so abrasive and rude to customers! Since moving here I’ve actually come in contact with many people who have stopped going there and actually have very bad things to say about her! During my multiple times in there I would also hear her talking bad about other employees to a young teenage boy who also seemed to work there, truly a terrible look. Not a friendly environment if you have to go to that side of the store! I’m sure there are many other bored middle aged women who aren’t bully’s that would also love to do the job!

Great place! They seemed to have about everything you'd expect to find in a hardware store. Everything was neat and orderly. You could see they take pride in their business.
