Our delivery went very smooth. Had to unhook one tank and replace with the Ferrell tank. The delivery person was great! He is an asset to Ferrell.

They had the cheapest price per gallon in the area when you own your tank on first fill. Delivery guy was friendly and professional.

With the exception of one woman whom I spoke with, Shauna, this is the worst propane company I've ever dealt with, and one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Was lied to from almost the moment I became a new customer and they were even going to charge us an extra $150 to bring an 'emergency fill' to get through a bad winter storm that came through over the weekend, after I had already paid for my fill and was told it would be there by end of week. Thank you Shauna for finally getting our propane to us on Monday morning, and I'm sorry that our experience has made our family decide that we will be using a new company in the future.
