If I could I would have give them no stars went there to wash my car charged my credit card but never turned on. Tried calling them and only got voice mail. Now have to fight with my bank to get my money back.

Worst car wash I think I’ve ever been too.Got the 5$ Megawash and scrubbed my truck up good just to rinse with the “Spot Free” and put white spots all over it that had to be hand scrubbed out because the water was so hard there. Also no tire cleaner or pre soak. Total waste of time and money but the car wash owner got paid.🤣😆 Completely Joke!!!

I have been coming to this Lube Depot for many years ,always had great service and let them know that. Today I went in my air filter wasn't checked,none of the lights ,the doors were not lubricated ,they always fill my windshield solvent but that wasn't done nor the antifreeze until I asked for that and yet everything on the bill said checked and completed. I've never been pushed out so fast. Not sure if it was a new guy but $103 later and don't even know if I have a clean air filter . Transaction #018932

Only one sprayer was working. There is no number to call and the guy is only there from 8-1:30 according to the oil change guys. Waste of 9 bucks...our car is still dirty. We do not recommend.

This is the second time I paid $9 to have my vehicle washed with the soft touch car wash (last time was about 9 months ago, obviously this issue has yet to be addressed by owner). Neither time was I satisfied with the results.
Don't waste your money, you'll be better off spraying your car down yourself.

We used the automatic car wash for 9 dollars. Could have done a better job ourselves honestly. Super waxy coat over top of some dust still along the back hatch and the lower sides of the truck. Won't be spending money here again.

We just got an oil change and on the receipt it says they checked the air filter, they did not. They didn't lubricate my doors although the receipt says they did. They did not check my lights. Receipt says they did. Antifreeze, no. Fastest oil change on record. We won't be b ackoo

Got a car wash here this morning and had to get another one somewhere else. Completely missed the back end of my car. Missed a lot of spots on the side but the back end wasn’t cleaned at all. $12 wasted

I visited this location on April 21st. I requested a simple basic oil change. They had accidently drained my transmission fluid and proceeded to give me a free trans flush. They filled the wrong differential tube with the trans fluid instead of where it should have gone. I must have had enough fluid left to get myself down the street to work. When I left work at 10 at night my car would not move. I had to call for a ride home (25 miles away) and in the morning call a tow truck to take it to my mechanic. 3 days of trying to find rides to and from work while it was in the shop. The owner paid for my towing and mechanic bill but refuses to reimburse me my 40 dollars for the oil change. He feels "this error has been paid for" They fired the technician that did this also. He said I offered you a free oil change. Seriously?? Avoid this place at all costs!!

The drive thru car wash will not clean your car and the spray bays are a joke - can't pull thru. Wanted to wash our side by side and had to back it in. The time for your money is a joke and there is no lighting in the bays so you can't even see if you are getting your vehicle clean or not.

I've been going there sense it was build and had always had good service BUT on Aug. 18, 20 it was much different. I could feel Jake's negative energy immediately. I said 75 psi in the tires please and he grumbled something, then I see they had two grades of synthetic oil a $55 or $ 75, I chose the $75 one. But I then noticed on the receipt it showed the Maxlife synthetic which was the cheaper $55. one, so I went back and as I walking back across their parking lot Jake noticed who I was and started waking half way to meet me, like ready for battle. I showed him the receipt and he said oh no no that's just how it prints it, then I said that's deceiving and how do I know I got what I payed for and he made some kind of remark that I had insulted him then walked away. Also as they were putting up the door for me to leave, I said well are you going to check out that all my lights are working and that set Jake off again. I didn't say anything after that and left but I know they didn't lubricate the doors, check the differential oil or any of those to show me if they needed changing or not like they always did before. I have to wonder now if they even changed the oil and filter and greased it now? I won't be back!
