Some minor drawbacks mentioned are a lack of elevator, very light breakfast options, occasional warm rooms, and a parking lot layout that can be confusing. I do think the staff are very helpful and friendly I really only have two complaints and I've isn't even the hotels fault GPS sends you to the wrong entrance Totally not the hotels fault My only complaint is that they do not have an elevator

Stayed a week price was fair rooms were clean staff was polite free beakfast worth it and the pool n hottub made the stay as good as it gets.
