We upgraded a phone tonight and I wish I could remember the guys name. I know he lives in Lake of the Pines and is a cat lover. Either way, he was patient with my 83 year old Mom, was professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable and friendly. You are lucky to have an employee like that- they are hard to come by.

Wow! What great experience. While on vacation, my phone stopped accepting a charge. The young man working there was so kind. He was able to put a little charge in my phone,so I could use it if I had an emergency. Meanwhile, the young woman working there overheard it was my birthday, so she gave me some fancy cookies. Such a refreshing experience. I would definitely recommend this store!

I wanted to get myself a new Christmas gift of an upgraded phone and stopped at the store Friday night. Admittedly, it was late in the evening and it was only about 20 minutes to close so Gabriel, who is working alone and running the store, has me come back on Saturday morning. In the time I was in the store, I watched Gabriel multitask, without missing a beat, and was able to answer multiple questions from multiple guests all the while setting up my new phone, and watch and upgrade a phone for another gentleman after troubleshooting the phone that gentleman entered with. Gabriel was very polite, quite knowledgeable, and very Pleasant to talk with. It appears is the only employee at this location and is doing a spectacular job running the show. 10/10. Highly recommend!

I just purchased a phone and a watch with the FitBit app a week ago at a Verizon store in Mount Pleasant . I paid the extra money to have the salesperson download all info into my phone and my watch but I guess it was taking too long and I was sent home before everything was completed. Big mistake on my part for leaving because I was having all kinds of issues with it.Fortunately I went to the Verizon store in Clare and the staff there were great! It took about an hour to fix the issue by the store manager and another customer service rep.Both were very friendly, patient and knowledgeable!I think I have found my "home" Verizon store finally!

Awful staff when they can scream at their customers and have no accountability. I will never go back. The only friendly gentleman there was August. Very nice.

Came to store Sunday oct 30th 2022 in clare mi at 11 am store was closed , came back at 1:59 store is still closed when hours says 11am to 5 pm . Lights on ,door locked .

These people have no idea what they're doing charged me for a phone that couldn't be connected to their Network would not give me a refund so I could go get one somewhere else they have lost my business and many people I have come in contact with and told them the story this place needs to shut down and allow a qualified cell phone service to show up there and do the real job they don't know how to do
