Horrible pharmacy i have tried to deal with this place but it's just a horrible pharmacy always slow and the customer service is horrible trust me save yourself the head ache of dealing with this place

This pharmacy has been a consistently frustrating experience. Prescription wait times are excessive—I’m often told to “come back in 30 minutes,” only to find the prescription still isn’t ready. Their prices are higher than average, and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. After repeated issues, we’ve chosen to drive 20 minutes each way to a different pharmacy just to ensure our prescriptions are filled the same day. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless absolutely necessary.

Worst pharmacy in Clare County! They either loose your prescription after telling you its ready or after you get there to pick it up and still not ready. This has happened multiple times in the last few weeks. Today again I called and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Got in their long line and waited 20 more minutes. Got up there and was told it would be another hour before it was ready. I can not deal with their bad service any longer.

I have been getting my script filled for the past year here. Every month they screw up the billing of my insurance and further delay me getting my script. Now this month, I go to pick up my script and notice it only has 5 tablets in the container. My script is for a 30 day supply so there should be 30 tablets. I call the store and express my frusteration and the fact that they did not communicate this to me upon pickup. They then tell me on the phone the next day that the medication was backlogged and thats why they only filled part of it. This does not do me any good when I keep having to make special trips to clare when gas is $4 a gallon. So then they tell me to come into the store and that they have the rest of the medication in stock. So i get to the store for the second time and find out they lied to me on the phone and do not have the rest of the medication. They also billed my insurance so that I could not take my script to another pharmacy!

I have used this store for a long time. The employees are helpful and friendly. The store is clean. It is always nice walking in store and being greeted by "Front Cashier," employee.

I've been getting my prescription filled at this pharmacy every 27 days for over 3 years and now all the sudden the new pharmacist is telling me I have to wait until the 30th day to fill it. That would be fine on a normal circumstance but if on that 30th day I call and they happen to have run out of medication what the hell am I supposed to do....ridiculous. My insurance allows me to fill it every 27 days so I don't really understand the issue.
