If I could give a 0 stars I would. Customer service is terrible. I tried to change the address on my account for over a year they kept sending the billings to the wrong address. I have my account automatically withdrawn to pay the bill every month when the lease came to an end, they sent me three different payoffs to end the lease, I paid to have the lease end when it was supposed to and still billed my account and took an automatic withdraw after the lease ended, they requested that I sent the last payment in by check. I did that they cashed it so I ended up paying twice and they will not make it, right

I had the help of Barry(hopefully I got his name spelled right), and he was super helpful! I was having trouble hooking up a spare laptop for our Real Estate One office in Howell, to our printer. He was able to take over and in no time at all get it connected for us. Thank you Barry for being so helpful and quite funny through this process! Will definitely be requesting you for any future help!

We had an issue with our cyan/blue ink cartridge, and it put our printing behind. We called AOS and they hand delivered the ink (a two hour drive) that same day. The technician even showed us a few tricks to improve the printer quality. Awesome service and company!

We hardly ever have a problem with our printer/copier from Aos. If we ever have a question, someone from their office is here so fast that you would think they are circling the office in their little vans. What a great service!

Can usually have a tech fixing your problem within 4 hours of a call or email.. Great Customer Service.. Boyd in the Solutions Center is really good at fixing issues over the phone.
