“The staff at the Michigan Ave location are great. They are very helpful with a friendly attitude. I went to the Wisner store first, as the website said it had an item in stock. There wasn't even a spot on the shelf for it. I waited in line to ask the counter employee to see who might have it in the area. I provided the part number. He said he couldn't find the part, as the computer didn't show that part. I went out to my car, called the Michigan Ave store, provided the part number to Mark. And guess what, the part number I provided showed he had two in stock. He was kind enough to hold one until I got there. I am a long time customer of O'Reillys, going back over 20 or more years. It's clear to me which location provides the superior customer service.”

“I have to say I'm so glad that I went with Paul! I have a 01 mustang GT Bullitt that need a lot of work and they really brought it back to life. I'll be taking it back to them in the spring for some more work. I don't think I will let anyone but them work on my mustang.
