The service rep was very friendly and helpful. He made sure I was aware for what the mechanic found and updated me on the costs. Love the new building. I came for a routine oil change and was taken care of immediately. Very impressed!

My salesman Steve was great. He and another employee drove over an hour to pick up 2 specific vehicles I wanted from their sister dealership. He got them back, detailed and all gassed up in one day. The finance person Larry was wonderful to work with. Very pleasant and not pushy at all with a bunch of add ons that were not needed in my case. I would recommend to anyone getting their vehicles from Feldman Woodhaven. I have done service on my vehicles there but this was my first sales experience with them. Truly first class. This might be the very first review I’ve ever written for a company, good or bad, but this left enough of a bad taste in my mouth for me to recommend that nobody uses the service division for this company. It is a constant mess. In January or February I bought a truck from them. I’m happy with the truck and I am OK with the price I paid for it. None of that is the issue. I was assured by the salesman that I would have free oil changes until X amount of miles or X amount of time and then the service division said that no plans offer that that it is only three oil changes for free after purchasing the vehicle. That was a bummer but I let it go. I’ve taken my vehicle in three times and each time it took forever for me to get it back. Even with scheduling an appointment on this case I took my truck in on Saturday and today is Thursday and they still have not looked at my truck. unless you’re a person who doesn’t need your vehicle for weeks at a time I wouldn’t recommend using them. I would’ve much rather have paid full price for a repair then to deal with a mechanic who is this disorganized. You can’t keep someone’s vehicle for a week and not even look at it. That’s insane.

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.Every individual I encountered at this dealership was truly a pleasure.This dealership is two hours away from my home town and it is definitely worth the drive for such a wonderful experience.My salesman was Bobby and he is beyond exceptional in every way! He went above and beyond from start to finish. The car I purchased from him was not even on the lot, he found it for me and brought it to the dealership and made sure everything was perfect, and it was and is!I will definitely be traveling the two hours to return to this dealership if the need ever arises and have definitely let everyone I know this is the place to go!

I called to check if their service department could take care of my transmission issue. I was told that they would take at least 5 days to get to it. I paid to get my truck towed just to find out that they lied to me. Transmission service is 15-20days backed up. Thanks a lot! How the hell am I going to get to work? No loaner either after they failed to inform me. No one called to try making effort to rectify this. At least could have offered to get it towed at your cost to another place that could get me squared away faster. Lack of caring! My first and last time dealing with this circus!

Dropped off jeep on Tuesday before heading out of town for 6 days. Thought it odd I hadn't heard from them this whole time. Called on Monday to discover they had not even looked at it yet!?! I just went and picked it up without my issue even being diagnosed. I was going to purchase an oil change bundle they were offering that seemed like a good deal but after they couldn't even look at my issue within 5 days (closed one of them) I changed my mind-can't take the chance on them not being able to get it done in a timely manner.

My wife and I went to Feldman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Clarkston and had a great experience with our salesman Michael Blake. He absolutely knocked it out of the park. We initially thought the car she really wanted was just to far out of reach. Not only was he able to locate it and get it there almost immediately, he also had some creative thinking and made it work for us. My family and I have been coming to Feldman for years. I, personally, have dealt with Collin and I find him to be professional and respectable.Today I came in for an oil change around 10:15 AM. I waited for almost an hour and a half and Collin came out and told me that the recall update took longer than expected and to give them another 10 minutes.A half hour to 40 minutes pass and I haven’t heard anything so I go and ask the guy at the service desk. I still don’t understand but apparently something was going on with your wifi and the update wasn’t working. According to him, this resulted in me being stuck there as he told me you can’t stop a recall update once it was started. No time frame, just basically you’re screwed until we can get it to work.My dogs were at the groomers and I had 2 doctors appointments. I have an hour and a half for the oil change and I’m sorry but if there was any possible chance this recall update should take longer than originally quoted, I should have been notified because I would have said don’t do it as I had obligations.I had to ask my elderly father to come get me to pick up my dogs who were stranded at the groomers. There was literally no respect of my time or obligations.Collin was nice and great as always but everything else and the communication to him to get to me was lacking. I do not blame Collin! He communicated and was nice and friendly as always but something really needs to be changed.

Do yourself and your wallet a favor & TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE!!I had another Jeep dealership quote me $1k less for service than Feldmans. Luckily, the guy at the service counter was nice! So nice people but very poor pricing for the same work....go somewhere else

From the beginning of this to the end, I would like Stephanie & My brother in law, Cory Mar for being so professional and making this such an easy process. I’ve been wanting a truck for almost 2 years now and there’s always been trial and tribulations with this. I traveled 1300 miles to get this truck and it runs like a beauty. Very satisfied with the Grand Cherokee L Overland. Michael Stephens (Sales) found the exact one that filled my wants & needs and I was able to drive off with a smile within a couple of days. Mike went out of his way to demonstrate the vehicle workings and capabilities, which are vast. Again, very pleased with the purchase I made.
