Went in today 6/7/25 to get a tablet added to my plan. That went fine. But the woman(didn’t tell me her name) decided to not tell me I had to set the tablet up at home with customer service. She also decided to add another whole other line to my plan that had a paid off phone on it(I don’t have the phone) & an extra charge for the line of $48 & change. This was not the line she added for my tablet. That was already a different phone number. So now I’ve been on the phone with customer service for over 30 minutes trying to get this line off my account. DOUBLE CHECK WHAT YOUR SIGNING UP FOR. Yes I should have checked but when I signed the document it was for the tablet & tablet line only. Don’t let them try to get extra commission or whatever off you by putting lines that don’t exist on your account.

I stopped in today with my family looking to upgrade my I phone 14plus to a 16 plus and was told I couldn’t trade in my phone for the 16 plus and I checked my att app and it told me on my account that I could and then the gentleman began to tell me that he couldn’t help me because he didn’t have enough ink in his printer. Really come on sounds like you don’t like doing your job. He suggested I go to another att store on Sashabaw. I’ll give them my business. Awful customer service.

I had an excellent experience at AT&T thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Angel! From the moment I walked in, Angel was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions, helped me find the perfect plan, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It's not often you come across someone so dedicated to making sure customers are taken care of. If you're visiting this location, definitely ask for Angel — she was amazing!

Store hours are incorrect for Sunday. They say they’re open till 6 PM. Arrived at 4:30 and they’re closed.

My phone was giving me trouble. I went to the AT&T store on Dixie Hwy in Clarkston.
Jeremiah asked if he could help me. I told him what was going on. He was so professional and knowledgeable he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. In addition, he showed me how to fix it should I experience the same issue.
I assured Jeremiah that when I need a new phone I'm going to ask for him to help me.

Website says store is open on Sunday. Sign says they are open. Doors are locked and no one is there

Vinny helped us multiple times in one day because we were indecisive but he welcomed us every time and was so patient with us. He was absolutely awesome. We chatted the entire time and made us feel super comfortable
