Destine was a life saver. After my phone had to be wiped clean and I was unable to setup my email and couldn't get to my saved pictures...she was able to fix both and I got my Alaska pictures back. Vert helpful!!!

When upgrading a phone be sure to ask about what all they are upgrading before you sign. We upgraded a phone that broke last month and the employee just decided on his own to upgrade the line to a higher price tier and added insurance and att next to the phone without asking. Ended up having to call att to have them remove all the extra stuff.

The last time I came here I had AMAZING service from the young manager here who helped me get my dad’s phone replaced. I walked in today and was greeted with we had a wait, which is fine, but there weren’t any phones on display to even look at while I waited?! I need to replace mine and I’m not even able to look at what I’m going to get. Was subpar compared to my last visit unfortunately.
