“Can’t believe I haven’t heard of this place before. I was looking for a local butcher to source pork belly from for sausages and I stopped into this place on a whim. What a charming little place! Aside from a vast selection of meats, they have a bunch of spices, rubs, and other cooking and baking supplies. It was quite crowded when I went in but that seemed understandable, as the pork belly I got from them let me make some of the best sausages I’ve ever made. I’ll definitely be coming back here again when I need more.”
“Best shop around! Excellent quality and friendly staff. Everything I've had from here exceeds expectations.
They have a good assortment of sausages and their ribeyes are the best I've had.
They also saved me by providing some curing salt to brine my brisket that I couldn't find anywhere else locally.
