Poor communication while making reservations. Mixed messages were given over multiple months for boarding, and I was left in the lurch. I will not do business with this establishment and I do not recommend them.

Seriously the best. You can tell every single person in there loves dogs. Everyone is so kind. My dogs are always happy to be there. We boarded them for the first time and they were so sympathetic to my concerns and just so wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My dog, Butters LOVES Camp Bow Wow. I always say, "wanna go to puppy camp?" And he can't get to the car fast enough!

Extremely friendly staff. From the time we walked in I instantly felt comfortable with the level of care my pet received. Thank you for easing my nerves about leaving my puppy for the first time. The app with the ability to check on him really sealed the deal, we will now be regularly returning to Camp Bow Wow!

Our dog loves 'puppy camp'. She's been visiting for 13 years, for vacations or weekly play dates in winter months to get the wiggles out. They are great about placing dogs in activity appropriate groupings and i love that they check newcomers to ensure good fit and temperament.

I’m so thankful I found this place. I bring my very high energy 5 month old chocolate lab and she loves going there. She literally sprints to the front door and beats down the gate to get inside. She also comes home calmer and a little tired which is very helpful for the evenings. I love that I get to watch the cameras during my 11 hour work days and see that she’s happy playing with the other dogs and the workers treat her very lovingly.

I'm quite a bit disappointed in Camp Bow Wow Clarkston. First, our initial scheduled interview was canceled, but no one called me. I showed up and had my vaccine records, so Deb made a copy of them and rescheduled the interview. Apparently they took my phone number down wrong. I was willing to let that go knowing how convenient it could have been to be able to drop my dog prior to work for a grooming appointment and not worry about him being in a crate all day. So we come to the next scheduled interview. Now they can't find the copy of the vaccine records they had made a week prior. Fine, I get it. Things get lost. What really upset me and disappointed me the most is that when I was leaving from the interview, I asked to confirm my dog's appointment that had been scheduled weeks prior. They said they did not have it in the computer - but wait, it was the groomer who had "retired" the day before and was written in pencil in a book. Again, no phone call to let me know. Had I not asked, I would have dropped my dog off for an appointment that no longer existed. The next available appointment offered to me was December. While I am sympathetic to the short staffing, I had to practically beg to see if they could get him in sooner given the circumstances. November, after a conversation with the groomer who said she could "squeeze me in" as if I was the inconveniencing party. Still not great but I accepted. However, I will be canceling and not recommending this establishment to anyone I know. The lack of communication cannot be safe for dogs to exist in, let alone employees. It seems obvious why they are short staffed.

Absolute worse experience today. After cancelling with us twice over the past 2 weeks because of her lack of staff, we finally had our pet interview this morning. Unconceivable the nerve of the owner- apparently getting your vaccinations from a Vet at Tractor Supply is unacceptable and the worst place to get care for your animals. We disagree. And because she herself isn't a vet and doesn't see a specific word on the slip, she assumes the dogs are not properly vaccinated. Very rude, very judgmental, uncalled for. They are fully vaccinated. Now with less than a week until our trip we have to find another location for boarding. What a piece of work!

Our Frankie has been coming here since she was a puppy and loves it! The staff are always very accommodating and let us know how she does during her stay!

I have a very nervous puppy and the staff was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. They made the interview process painless. They took extra care watching out for my anxious little guy. I look forward to building a nice relationship with them throughout the years.

Great cuts but 2 of our 3 came home with kennel cough and ear infections. They were fine because we treated them for the cough and the infection. And no the did not go in sick.

We have had nothing but good experiences with Camp Bow Wow and their doggy daycare program. My dog nearly beats down the door to get inside and starts going crazy as soon as we pull in the parking lot. She LOVES camp and it’s so worth it on the days we have to be gone long hours. Having a high energy golden doodle, she comes home from camp and puts herself to sleep! Worth every penny and the staff is so kind and you can tell they love dogs, I know she’s in good hands.

Fantastic staff. My 4 month old puppy always loves day camp and comes home tired! I love watching him on the camper cam.

Just picked up my dog Cooper after he was groomed with Alina. Right from the get-go everyone was so friendly, trying to make Cooper feel comfortable. Andy, who is at the front desk is so sweet and welcoming. So right away, that uneasy feeling of being somewhere new is gone. Andy is the perfect person to have greet people. Alina made my dog look amazing. His length, feet, ears, everything looked exactly like I asked for. She's just so nice, and honestly that's what matters most, but bonus, she is really good at what she does. I made a return appointment!

The fact that I was 5,000 miles away and could still see my girl playing with the staff and other dogs, makes boarding her that much easier. Well done Bow Wow!
