Their phone goes through the "we're going to record you" and "voice will be used" but they never answer the phone. When I say never, I mean they're 0 for 8. The condescending message before hanging up is rude. The horrible entrance doesn't make me want to visit the branch and wait in long lines either. Even something as simple as opening an account means waiting in line, only to be told I needed to make an appointment and come back later. No wonder online banks are doing so well - better online presence and no frustration of trying to deal with people in what's supposed to be a customer service industry.

Terrible customer service from Erin and Katie. They both lacked common sense or they are not allowed to make decisions in the best interest of long time customer's. Make decisions on the situation and stop wasting the customer's valuable time.

Incompetent Branch. These guys can screw up the most basic tasks and take a long time to do it.Use the Sashabaw and Maybee Branch instead, they seem to know what they are doing at that location.

Tried to call this branch to speak to someone but they they auto divert you to the central answering system with all the auto options you do not want....no option to speak to someone other than to put in a fake request in the hope that you might get a real person to talk to . I eventually did this after several calls where I was told many times how proud Chase Bank is to help customers, only to be re diverted back to the actual branch where someone picked up. So, there is no way to call the actual branch directly, unless you call their number, get diverted to Chase Central , hope you can get hold of a real person, who will then direct your call back to the branch. How hard is this ??? Customer service ??? What a complete joke!!!

They have upwards 5-9 employees sitting around doing absolutely nothing but cannot open an account. Took an entire day off to open an account for their bonus money and not a single branch has the staff to open an account. But yet are sitting around with legs propped up more concerned with personal conversations with the load of staff they have. Complete waste of time. These people aren't smart enough to add let alone run a bank.

In the review MELINDA THOMAS " my husband was being shady and clearly trying to hide something from me, yet this woman backed him up. Wouldn't show me all of our assets and debts. So all you women out there she's not for you. She is not a woman supporting women."

My review is for this specific local branch and not the overall bank practices, rules, or remote customer service.Did an excellent job addressing my concerns in person banker overheard my issue with counter staff and went out of her way to help. When she was unable to resolve the issue immediately the branch manager followed up within 2 business hours to remove a hold on my check for me. This is my bank I use in the US and Internationally and I was happy they continued great in person service.I was happy to see there was still a reason to use a physical location as well.

Well, they locked my sisters account because her husband was receiving direct deposits from UIA.When she proved he was who he said he was they unlocked it and made her a new account an "withdrew" 1200$ from her old account and transfered 1200 from her old account to the new account. The overdrew her negatively. Blamed her, then blamed unemployment, when that particular reversed transaction was taken care of via cashapp, and did not accout for the 1200 they over drew her. They then said it was pulled out to be mailed so keep an eye out for it.It wasnt. There was no check, even if there was, they should have been able to cancel it and return it to the account. Then when we thought that was taken care of, and tried to deposit the money from the cashapp into her new account at the bank, guess what, they took that too. Saying she owed it. As a "hold" until the mysterious withdrawl from there end got fixed. And today, today instead of fixing thier problem, and returning her the money they owed us.They locked her out of her account,Then They closed her account, Then said they would send her the 80$ or so that was still in the account in the mail, and cut off communications with us.So thats it.Chase essentially robbed my disabled sister of $1240.08, because they could, and because so many people inside chase were involved, bankers, supervisors, several customer support staff via phone, there is no way to prove we were robbed. We couldnt even get her statements. So yes. After 14+ years of banking with chase.I am ashamed that i reccomended them to my family. We are having a hard enough time with the world in the state it is, being robbed by big bank corporations for something so petty to them but so big to us really F*cking sucks.

I’ve been paying my rent through chase for a year through the drive thru with no issues. Today I got some woman named Claire Robinson who decided to make my already painful banking experience more so. My deposits go into a business account of which I send an old slip with the account information. I’ve been doing this for a year with no issues, today twinkle toes informs me I have to fill out a slip.....ugh
