Sorry because this does not apply to this specific location. If someone can send me the review page for this bank as a whole I will put this here. While I have no issue with the staff at this location, my loan was sold to Flagstar. Rather than give me one simple phone call from an actual human and explaining to me what was happening, they called me numerous times with a robot telling me I owed them money. I had zero idea that I owed them money for my mortgage and assumed it was a scam. Finally 4 weeks later I realize I actually do owe them money because I received something in the mail and my mortgage payment was a month overdue at that point. I am completely baffled at this awful customer service and if they charge any late fees I will take further action. While setting up my account I had to press "no" for paperless 1099 at least 3 times and the only options they give are "yes" or "no, ask me later" so that was aggravating as well. Nothing against this exact branch and I'll take this down if there's a better spot to put it.

The worst worst worst location and service they have by this location don’t go to this location the workers there they choose lol they rude I try to cash a check and he keep check something in computer for almost 15 minutes and he keeps ask why you don’t have a account with us why &why it’s not your business cash my check and that’s it do your job this is not first time this is almost fourth time I cash check by other location they very good service but you guys I would never come to this location even if it’s next to my house because the service and the worker too slow to rude

$7.50 to cash a check drawn off of your own bank, by a valued customer in good standing with your establishment is akin to highway robbery. I will never ever do business with Flagstar again. Shoddy, and slow, customer service, on top of astronomical charges. On a scale of 1-5, you get a 1 for being able to properly perform the essential tasks of your position as a bank teller.

My son and i went to cash his paycheck which was drawn out from Flagstar Bank. We went to the driveup window and sent it in w/his ID and the teller asked him if he had a account w/ them, he said no and stated that he had gone to other Flagstar banks and there were no issues before. She said that he would need to go inside and cash it which made no sense what's so ever.He went inside and the teller had a obvious attitude toward him. So he copped an attitude unfortunately.long story short she called the general manager of his company and got him in trouble.if she felt uncomfortable with him she should have told him to go somewhere else, not call his employer. We are Mexican Americans and I feel we got racially profiled. There's no need for this. Just cash his check. We are filing a grievance. Never ever going to another Flagstar.party stores r the answer

This is my first home buying experience and before I found Nick, I was in contact with other loan officers for quite some time, I felt they gave me the run-around. Within the first 5 minutes of talking with Nick on the phone, I felt at ease. Nick answered all my questions and concerns, which I had a ton. Never once had any problems getting in touch with Nick. Throughout the whole process Nick was on his A game. I will definitely be in contact with Nick for any future loans, also I will be recommending him to all my family and friends.

Not saying it's horrible service, but I can tell you, everytime I go, regardless of what Im doing, it is the slowest service I have ever experienced.

Good service, nice people, and reasonable. I've been with them for a couple of years now and haven't had a single issue, and better yet have found them helpful and efficient.
