I have used Gott’s for years; this time I bought my 2014 Mustang in for a complete inspection, replace the spark plugs and clean the injectors. The car runs perfectly again and the inspection gave me good news.

Wife said brakes are making a little noise in the morning while backing up. The car has 60,000 miles. Took it in to get brakes done and the mechanic said you have a lot of wear left on the brake pads. My wife and I really appreciate the honesty of the staff at Gotts. When it's time to replace the brakes we'll be back. Thanks.

I can’t say enough about Gott’s Auto Service! They were able to quickly schedule a service appointment. They were thorough in their inspection and open and honest about what my car needed. They worked quickly and had my car back to me the same day. They were also reasonably priced. They communicated with me throughout the day to keep me updated and were very professional. I will be going back to them for all my car service needs!
Gott’s does it again!! We come to Gotts for all our car needs. They are courteous, professional, respectful, and they get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. The prices are also fair and beat most of the other companies around. Every time I’ve come to Gotts, they have gone above and beyond expectations. They always take great care of us! They are quick.
The staff is professional.
The quotes are accurate and UNDER dealership quotes.
I will never go back to a dealer. I'll sell my truck if it has an issue Gott's can't solve.

I had a dealership tell me I needed front & rear brakes immediately and quoted me close to $800 to get it done. I brought my car to Gott’s and asked for a brake inspection. They said my rears did need to be done, but my fronts still had about half life! That alone saved me tons of money! I really appreciate the honestly here and my car is running great now. I highly recommend this place for the great communication, honest employees, and the excellent work and pricing they have!

It's really comforting to find a honest, trustworthy auto repair facility. I've taken 3 of my vehicles to them for minor things like alignments and a/c recharge. I do all my own mechanic work except for things I don't have the equipment for. Each time I've taken my vehicles there, there has been no dreaded phone calls saying I need this part replaced. I've sent my daughter and son up there to pick up their vehicles and they go above and beyond for minor repairs. I would definitely trust them for any auto needs.

I have taken my car in three different times. Each time they were very personable and nice. One time they even gave me a ride back to my house. I would recommend them for all of your auto repairs work. They were just wonderful to me.

I had a fantastic experience with Gotts Auto from the moment I walked in, their customer service was top-notch—friendly, communicative, and genuinely focused on making sure I understood what was going on with my car.
What really impressed me was their attention to detail. They didn’t just fix the issue—I could tell they took pride in doing the job right. Everything was precise, clean, and handled with care.
They also went above and beyond on checking another issue I was unaware of and communicating that to me. I haven’t had this kind of experience at an auto shop in a long time.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality auto repair work.

Went there when my brake light came on. They wouldn’t let me drive home because I had a leak and no fluid left‼️They drove me home and I picked up my car 2 days later good as new😊Even though my car is 22 years old they got parts and kept me informed and everyone there is soooo friendly ❣️I wouldn’t go anywhere else for car service. Their prices are very fair‼️🥰

Great service! I was worried about the hours, but it all worked out. They offered to collect payment over the phone or do the paperwork when they drop my vehicle off at work. Good pricing, honest, great work!
