Julia at the Independence Township, MIchigan location is wonderful. Have paid a lot more for a much lesser haircut. She knows what I want then does it.

Finally! I have been looking for a stylist that listened and understood me. Missy is that stylist! My hair looks awesome! The salon was clean and well kept. The stylists were friendly and welcoming. The wait time was minimal. I just walked in.
Missy listened and understood what I was looking for in a haircat. She surpassed what I was expecting. My hair flows and curls and has that "sassy" look! Missy was simply outstanding in everyway! Thank you!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING A HAIRCUT HERE!! this old lady messed my hair up so bad, asked her for layers.she proceeded to do them and was telling me someone else complained she was to old to be cutting hair!! first red flag second she didnt part my hair at all, she grabbed random sections and started cutting. It was very choppy and made me very unhappy. Now im left with a mess waiting to grow out!!!!!!

Unfortunately was very upset with my hair cut. I don’t know the name of the girl who did it but I already had a bad feeling sitting in her chair. I should have asked for someone else but wanted to give her a chance. I sat in my car crying when I left. All my friends and family agree it looks ridiculous and I have to get it fixed. I guess my own fault as it is a $20 haircut. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the staff was nice.
