I left this pharmacy a LONG time ago due to the long wait time as well as consistent rudeness by the pharmacist and staff. Recently, they were extremely rude to my sister. Terrible customer service as always. I’m very happy to learn that she is switching pharmacies. It won’t be long until people refuse to have their prescriptions filled at this location. It’s not just Covid, it’s not just being short staffed… It’s the lack of a positive attitude. When will this pharmacy realize that there are so many other pharmacies out there? Competition seems overwhelming. All I can say is that I am very pleased with my new pharmacy.

Mary is the best pharmacist we have had. Always so helpful and kind. Michelle has always been great to us and they both do an amazing job.

Mary and the technician working on 12/15/21 have zero customer service skills. They both were wildly rude and unprofessional. I normally go to another Kroger location, but was closer to this Kroger that day and decided to get my prescription filled there. When I dropped it off Mary asked me very rudely why I decided to come there and acted as if I was some kind of criminal. She said my prescription would be ready by 12, I told her I would be back closer to 2 pm. When I got there at 2 and gave the tech my info she yelled at me and said that it’s not ready and it will be ready in a while and just walked away. I then told her that I showed up two hours after the pharmacist said it would be ready and I have kids to pick up from school, so I need an estimated time to figure out if I needed to get my kids first. She yelled very loudly OK, JUST STAND THERE. I waited about another 10/15 minutes and Mary rung me up… and shocker, was disrespectful the whole time. This experience was one of the worst I have ever had. They both need to be retrained or fired. I know everyone is short staffed and stressed, but I did not deserve this treatment.. and from reading other reviews it’s common at this location. I will not be coming back. I hope someone above them does something about their behaviors.

This pharmacy has been trying for months to hire help to no avail. Because of their staffing issues, they are literally DAYS behind in filling scrips. If you need your meds today, don't go here. If you want to transfer your meds to another pharmacy, be aware that it may also take days because these folks are too busy to answer the phone!!

Why are these people ALWAYS so rude? This isn't just a "bad day" kind of event, but rather EVERY single time I've visited. Associates are unfriendly, lack basic communication skills, and seem to go out of their way to make me dread even doing business. If you think that's an exaggeration, I have been told be three of my neighbors the exact same thing. Today was the last straw....finding a new pharmacy.

It may have been closing time but I'm not a cashier nor a bagger and I had to scan 2 carts full and while trying to bag my own groceries while 2 workers watched! I had to stop and go get a cart because I had so many bags on the floor ... Like what is wrong with you watching me and not even offer to help with cart to put my stuff in ? I'm sorry but I don't get paid to work at Kroger and I definitely don't want to be there any more than you do ( as a worker )! this was the only time I could go and Im so not happy with the way my personal experience went! Then they laughed at me because I tried to go out the (exit door per covid-19) pushing 2 carts by myself... and it was locked

Kroger did a phenomenal job of grocery shopping and delivery!! Don't forget, if you use this service tip them and with a great tip! They are working hard to ensure you can remain safe!!

My go to grocery store in the area. I am a frequent ClickList user and although there have been a handful of occasions when my order wasn't ready, it is still way more convenient for me to online shop and pick up. One would think that this means that I don't shop inside of the store, but I still think I am here almost every day for something! My daughter is a fan of Kroger sushi so we pick that up a few times a week. And milk? We're always running low so to Kroger we go. And toilet paper and dog food and... you get it. My biggest complaint here is the produce section. It is just not as fresh as some other groceries that are farther away. But I guess it is what it is when you're looking for convenience!

I would like to acknowledge the wonderful service I consistently receive at this pharmacy. Each pharmacist has always been very friendly even when very busy. Today Mary went above and beyond for me to fill my prescriptions. My Dr made an error writing them. Mary fixed the problem in a really short time. Michelle has to be mentioned, as she is always so nice to me and my family. I will be a long time customer. Thanks Kroger!

the place smelled like rotten food as soon as you walked in to the produce area and the store is a dump ...what a filthy smelly store
