If I could not give a star I would by pass it. Worst pharmacy I have ever used. Went there to pick my medications up and the woman at the drive through was completely rude and ignorant. All she would keep saying is I believe you but I can’t do anything for you, wouldn’t try to bill my insurance. I’ll be going back to cvs. At least they have humanity and kindness.

Very rude. I had three prescriptions to be filled. They called and said they did not accept my insurance I told the lady on the phone that I needed one of them filled for sure because it is out of stock everywhere else but the other two I would go somewhere else. I was told by the Pharmacist when I went to pick them up that he would fill the one prescription as a one time courtesy but because I wasn’t feeling the other two that he would no longer fill my one prescription and to go somewhere else. He was Condescending and rude if I were you, I’d take my business elsewhere.

Terrible service. I went to the doctors on Sunday and was expected to get my medicine on Monday. It's now Thursday and they just told me I'm gonna have to wait again until tomorrow to get it. What a joke

The pharmacy staff are RUDE and NEVER have anything done in a timely manner. If they tell you today expect to get your meds in 3-5 business days. Zero stars if it would let me. My son can barely breathe but the pharmacist wanted me to feel sorry for him that they were two days behind… maybe next time do your job instead of blaming the customers. Do not recommend in any way

Poor management and customer service, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Took well over 24 hours to fill 30 pills. Meanwhile I have a broken bone and am sitting here in pain. Profit over people at its finest.

Beware of the Tall Guy with Dark Hair working here. He doesn’t ask you for your Kroger ID card or number. And when you question it after the transaction goes through to have the points added to your account, he gives huge attitude and rolls his eyes at you. Like you are the problem and not him. I just went through drive thru and he acted like I was disrupting him from something else. Like he was even annoyed he had to help me from the get go. Thankfully after having to argue with him about what I was asking for, and him continuing to roll his eyes, shake his head and getting frustrated, he did get the points added. If he had asked from the beginning or kept the phone to his ear he would have heard me asking him prior to completing the transaction to add my number. They just pick the phone up to get your DOB, Name and confirm the price with you and that’s it. Don’t ever let anyone have a chance to provide their number. And not every time does anyone have the opportunity to go inside. Which is why the drive thru is there to assist patients faster. But nope the employees just get annoyed with you instead.

Employees are rude af... here is what happened I was walking towards the enterence of the kroger and the employee YELLLED "we are closed" like a lil b. The attitude she gave me made me wanna act out. So here I am at yelp. F her. F kroger. Only this one

They are short staffed like everywhere else...sometimes their notifications are inaccurate. I just make sure to give them like 3 days. However, when you go into the pharmacy for pickup; the techs are always super friendly and go out of their way to find you the best price!! For that; I'll ignore the inaccurate notifications and continue to shop there.

Horrible customer service and phone etiquette at this location. Kroger should consider closing their pharmacies and sticking to groceries instead.

The drive through is always closed with no explanation or notice of reopening. Twice in one week at different times of the day. Will be transferring prescription and be done with it.
