Has taken 3 weeks to get my prescription there. No idea why. It's ridiculous.

Beware of the Tall Guy with Dark Hair working here. He doesn’t ask you for your Kroger ID card or number. And when you question it after the transaction goes through to have the points added to your account, he gives huge attitude and rolls his eyes at you. Like you are the problem and not him. I just went through drive thru and he acted like I was disrupting him from something else. Like he was even annoyed he had to help me from the get go. Thankfully after having to argue with him about what I was asking for, and him continuing to roll his eyes, shake his head and getting frustrated, he did get the points added. If he had asked from the beginning or kept the phone to his ear he would have heard me asking him prior to completing the transaction to add my number. They just pick the phone up to get your DOB, Name and confirm the price with you and that’s it. Don’t ever let anyone have a chance to provide their number. And not every time does anyone have the opportunity to go inside. Which is why the drive thru is there to assist patients faster. But nope the employees just get annoyed with you instead.

They are short staffed like everywhere else...sometimes their notifications are inaccurate. I just make sure to give them like 3 days. However, when you go into the pharmacy for pickup; the techs are always super friendly and go out of their way to find you the best price!! For that; I'll ignore the inaccurate notifications and continue to shop there.

Horrible customer service and phone etiquette at this location. Kroger should consider closing their pharmacies and sticking to groceries instead.

The drive through is always closed with no explanation or notice of reopening. Twice in one week at different times of the day. Will be transferring prescription and be done with it.

I recently changed my prescriptions to this store from the Grand Blanc store due to a move. This store's pharmacy is horrendous --- I validate all the other comments about saying things would be ready and they aren't .... saying they have to order, and they don't -- they tell you when to pick it up and it isn't ready. I can't believe they are the same business as the one in Grand Blanc. They never have my phone number correct, the automated system doesn't work, and they are anything BUT friendly when you go to pick up or answer the phone --- IF they ever answer the phone!

The pharmacy does not answer their phone and orders are not ready in the estimated time given. I called to check on my order and was hung up on several times before I spoke with a manager who walked over to make sure they answered my call.

Literally everytime you call and they claim they are too busy to do your meds and tell you to come up there the next day and giv you the same thing the next day till you are about to have a nervous breakdown because you have not recieved your meds

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. My last several scrip refills were not ready at the time their automated system quoted, in fact in some cases the wait was two days and over five for one that needed to be ordered. Even when you call and they say, "It will be ready in an hour.", It has been my experience that it usually takes twice as long. The last time I went to pick up a script, their drive-thru window was closed and it took a store supervisor to get them to answer their phone. When I finally spoke with a tech, she said, "come back in a half an hour.", then hung up on me.

Been shopping here forever. I don't like the whole Bluetooth tracking and cameras everywhere like Amazon, but employees do their best.

Over all this Kroger isn't that bad, I'm giving one star because we are in the middle of a pandemic, face masks are required, you even have a girl standing guard at the door making sure everyone wears one, yet as I was approaching the cashier tonight, on the first register, at 815pm, I look up and notice she has her mask not only pulled down under her chin, but she is standing there with a dazed look on her face, using her fingers to play with her facial piercing near her mouth. Are you kidding me?! I immediately turned around and used self check out. I'm sure she didn't sanitize her hands after playing with her uncovered face. Why pay a cashier to stand there and put customers at risk? Disgusting. Don't care if I return to this hypocritical store, hopefully you can train your employees the purpose of their masks...
