Unfortunately every time we go to get our prescription, it’s never ready. I don’t understand when most of our prescriptions are on automatic renewal and we still have to call to get them filled and still takes 1-2 days to fill it. I don’t know how many times I’ve gone 1-2 days without my medication. My doctor called in one of my prescriptions on Thursday, I had to call the pharmacy on Saturday asking when it will be ready and they still had to fill it. I understand being busy, but this is constant.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Hands down.Moved to the area a year ago. This is the closest pharmacy around so we switched. And we regret it every month.I’ve had at least four times this year when they’ve TOLD us a prescription was ready for pickup (and texted thru their system), and I’ve shown up only to find it wouldn’t be ready for hours if not DAYS. Wait times are way longer than at Meijer or Walgreens. They sometimes randomly close early without notice, and their staff is consistently condescending and rude. My 80-year-old mom—who has the patience of a saint—hates going here, because they don’t listen to her, and treat her like she’s stupid. Plus, on average, it takes them over a week to get her monthly meds in, every single time. No other local pharmacy takes that long. “Dixie Kroger Pharmacy” is literally a joke in our household now. While they are only five minutes away, we have decided that after a year of dealing with them, we are switching back to Meijer even though they’re 20 min away. So if you live in the area, and you HAVE a choice, choose someplace different.

My five year old daughter has an infection and we tried to get the prescription here and not only were the people rude the entire time, they made me wait 6 hours just to tell me they didn’t have it and I checked in at about hour 3 to see if it was ready and they didn’t even start it. After waiting for 6 hours then being told they didn’t have my daughters prescription and them being rude each interaction I asked for the names of the people who were rude to us and they said “go ahead and report us, we don’t get in trouble” then walked away without giving any names. Enjoy losing business due to your rude employees because Walmart treats you 100% better and they will look for different options if your prescription isn’t covered by your insurance, on top of that they don’t make you wait hours and treat you like a human. You guys are so rude it’s unbelievable. They can enjoy their karma for being rude while I enjoy going to Walmarts pharmacy from now on. Clearly the closest option to my house doesn’t mean the best.

They need to work on their customer service. I have been there multiple times now where the employees will just leave you standing there 10+ minutes without even acknowledging your presence. I get they can be busy but don't act like you can't see a line of customers. It only takes a second to greet someone and let them know it will be a minute. The lady that works the counter also is kind of rude and short with you when she does interact with you. Plus the wait times to fill prescriptions are long.

There’s a very rude old lady named Peggy who always has an issue filling my scripts, everyone else is accommodating and will fill them immediately. Not her, she seems to enjoy telling everyone they’re script is not ready and also seems to go out of her way to be nasty and rude .

I really love coming here for my prescriptions. I call and they are always willing to help answer any question I may have. My medication is always filled when they say. Plus they inform me if they are busy.

Unfortunately this pharmacy made Kroger lose mine and my families business all together. They managed to screw up my script for the 3rd time and was RUDE to me on top of it. I will now drive out of my way to Meijer happily!

After shopping at this store I learned there were NO CHECKOUT people. A line at least a half an hour long snaked it's way through the frozen food isle. I ask someone if they were planning on opening up any checkout lanes and she snapped back that there wouldn't be anyone until 10am. What kind of a store is open without any checkout people? I say some 80+ year old woman struggling to work those checkout machines. Not nice. What is going on? I'm going to another store from now on. I'm sure others are too.

A prescription was called in for refill over two weeks ago, and attempted to pick up numerous times, always told it is not ready and they are too busy to get it filled. While all along their automatic system keeps sending texts stating prescription is ready for pickup.

Several times they did not have scripts ready when promised. Even after waiting way beyond the promised time. Sometimes a couple hours after and still not ready. No excuses for this. They should have their system of timing understood.

The pharmacist could use a study on customer service. Also learn how to bill the insurance companies. Its your job. Will be going else where. Thanks for the incredible rudeness for no reason.
