I'm incredibly disappointed with the service at my local Kroger located at 9741 Dixie Hwy, Village of Clarkston, MI 48348
Time and time again for several years now, there are no cashiers or baggers available, even during busy hours. Customers are left to do everything themselves at self checkout which often has long lines or malfunctions while employees are nowhere to be found and many shoppers have carts filled to the brim.
Additionally its rare to have anyone in attendance at the meat counter. Generally you have to wait an extended period of time before being helped.
What’s worse is that when I’ve talked to management and asked about the staffing situation, I’m met with excuses rather than solutions. Blaming call-outs for several years now doesn't change the fact that shoppers are being left in the lurch on a regular basis. It feels like customer experience is no longer a priority.
I expect better from a major grocery chain. Until things improve, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Usually service is good at this location. Today in the self-checkout we had at cashier per the receipt Chec 510. Every time you asked or needed help he said I don't work here. When he wasn't helping a customer, he was constantly on his personal cell phone

Careful with this Kroger. Cashiers must get incentives or something because they rang me up for 4 lbs of grapes when I just had one package. Aint no way in hell one package of grapes is $10.88

Gas pumps rarely work properly and customer service is the worst of all Krogers in the area. It seems to be a management problem as the White Lake Kroger is a much better store and customer experience.

very slim organic selection. they had oranges for a while and I was buying a ton. they disappeared about 6 weeks ago.
idk who's responsible for the buying, but you have customers who are ready to spend. I will not each poisoned food.

I have shopped at this Kroger for years, I have NEVER had a problem until this morning. The checkout woman was the most incredibly rude lady. I didn't think asking for paper instead of plastic would set off such a nasty encounter. I actually went back and complained to the manager. That's a first for me!

Have been shopping here for 6 years as it is close to home. Today will be mt last time. The shelves were empty and in disarray. There was spilled food, sauces dried
and dripped off of shelves. The refrigerator section near the sausage had empty shelves with crud plastered on them. It was dirty everywhere. I don't understand how they stay in business. Really sad how bad it was in there today. Do better.
