“My 10 year old daughter needed her blood drawn and we had a wonderful experience here. Her lab order wasn’t in the system so Beth called our doctor’s office at 4:15pm and was able to work it out with them. She then came back with us and helped keep my daughter calm and still while the phlebotomist drew her blood. He was super efficient and accurate.”
“Recently I had a simple urine test ran, typical lab charge $35-65 dollars for this test. That's the reasonable and customary amount where I am. There was an issue with the billing. I suspect my primary care Doctor didn't pass along the correct information for the Lab, which isn't surprising since that same Doc billed an exorbitant $674 for a 16 minute office visit dated March 2021. That was separate from Helix . In an attempt to clear up the billing error Bob from Helix Diagnostics reached out to me to resolve the issue. hopefully it has been resolved. fingers crossed”
