Nichole could not have been nicer, more efficient, or better at her job. She helped make a stressful situation better. She didn't complain that I was a walk in and hadn't been there before, and she seemed genuinely empathetic to the situation. Also, a different patient there at the same time I was complimented her too when we were leaving.”

“Recently I had a simple urine test ran, typical lab charge $35-65 dollars for this test. That's the reasonable and customary amount where I am. There was an issue with the billing. I suspect my primary care Doctor didn't pass along the correct information for the Lab, which isn't surprising since that same Doc billed an exorbitant $674 for a 16 minute office visit dated March 2021. That was separate from Helix . In an attempt to clear up the billing error Bob from Helix Diagnostics reached out to me to resolve the issue. hopefully it has been resolved. fingers crossed”
