I have been using Pine Knob Pharmacy on Bowpointe Dr for years, and the one and only reason I continue to do so, is for convenience (my primary works out of the same building). The staff are rude and extremely unhelpful. I am constantly disappointed in the lack of basic common decency and customer service. I work in emergency services, so I know what it's like to feel over-worked, busy and rushed.. But, I also know it is possible to still treat each individual with the service, care and respect they deserve. I would give this business zero stars, if I could.

As of right now I feel very spoiled. Been waiting on hold forever at one of the bigger pharmacies, I've never had to wait on hold this long with Pine Knob! Thank you to everyone who works there I appreciate you

Best pharmacy in area. Save yourself from the big chains. Locally owned, drive through, helpful pharmacists, and late hours. Pine knob is the best and saved me a ton of $$$ compared to other pharmacies. Thanks Pine Knob! ?

I have been using Pine knob pharmacy for well over 10 + years now. Recently I had a hospitalization and stopped taking 2 of my medications, they just called to make sure I had not forgotten to call in refills for those medications. Very attentive, professional and friendly staff

My prescription was sent over from my provider, and when I got to the pharmacy after my less than five minute drive from my provider, my prescription was ready. They’re always very efficient

Pine Knob Pharmacy in Clarkston exceed all of my expectations as my pharmacy of choice . All of the staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable and always help in any way they can . I’ve been using this pharmacy for years and speak very highly of their professionalism and efficiency for all of my families prescriptions. Pine Knob Pharmacy has an excellent team working for them. They are knowledgeable and always willing to help! They are great about getting your prescriptions filled quickly and without any issues. They go above and beyond to help you as the customer! I will continue to use Pine Knob as my go to pharmacy in Clarkston!

The staff at Pine Knob Pharmacy are awesome. I went in to pick up my prescriptions today and I was greet by the cheerful staff. They had my prescriptions waiting for me . I was in and out in just a few minutes. My previous pharmacy would never have my medication in stock.when it was time for my refills and they would send me to other stores for my medications. I have not had that problem with Pine Knob Pharmacy. They always have my medication in stock and ready for pick up.Keep up the Great Job Pine Knob Pharmacy staff your AWESOME. THANK YOU.
