they sure do like to give you the run around. They shorted me a small amount on a money exchange, and I never saw that money again. Called them to ask for help with this problem, and they said they would have to wait until the manager came in and he would call me back. Took my name and number but never called me back.Wait times are ridiculous.

I opened my personal account at the Clarkston PNC years ago and was a frequent visitor to inside of branch as well as drive thru and atm. I moved down to Bonita Springs FL about 2.5 years ago, but visited this branch on Nov 28, 2022 as I do from time to time when in area. I came to withdraw $3700 dollars in cash, and provided my drivers license, PNC atm card, and filled out account number on withdraw slip from memory, but teller started asking me about my previous withdraws. I gave him the info I thought he wanted, but he kept looking at me as if I were lying, so I asked him if he were interrogating me. He then asked what I was going to do with the $3700, and l rightfully told him that it was none of his business, where he sarcastically replied, “Sorry for trying to protect your account”. He could have asked me any number of identifying questions such as atm pin, account password, SS#, phone#, address, etc, any of which would have been fine, but what I’m going to do with MY cash is DEFINITELY no business of this his! To prove my identity I even tried to show him how I could access my account through my phone, and I told him I knew teller in next booth, but this didn’t seem to register … I thought for a moment he was going to deny me my $$!Is PNC really teaching tellers to question customers in this manner or was this guy just another overly zealous junior detective flunkee? Whose money is it anyway!?Have had many issues with PNC both in Michigan and Florida, so this was last straw, switching banks this week.I see I’m not the only one giving this branch a poor review, hint hint!

Never take an auto loan from this place because if you go to try to get your release lien letter they will give you the run around and then take you to a 3rd party website and make you pay $30 just to get your release lien letter. Every other bank I've ever used you just have to call the bank and within 2 weeks they send you the release letter for free. This is the worst bank in the history of America

This branch has always been very helpful and taking care of all of our needs over the last 10 to 15 years since it used to be national city. We highly recommend PNC and all of his services. Whenever we had a credit card problem or dispute it was probably take care of with no problems. I might also I had that I've had personal credit ratings in the high seven and medium 800s for the last couple decades so that may have been why I got such good service.

Take your money to any other bank. This place will say they can't do something but can show you where it's written that they can't do it. PNC is still the same old National City. Been banking with PNC for over 15+ years and I'll finally be closing my account and going elsewhere.

Note: I gave them one star because zero was not an option. I have been I have been a customer of PNC since they took over National City over 10 years ago. I have had both personal and business accounts with them, and have refinanced with them. In the past week, PNC has done the following to me:1. Reported negative information to the credit bureaus on a loan I had already paid off following a refinance they solicited;2. Botched my Paycheck Protection Program by failing to provide my application to the SBA before funds were exhausted, and after creating a bug-riddled interface and application process that took me nearly five hours to complete; and3. Without prior notice of any kind, closed my personal line of credit. If anyone can recommend a new bank, feel free to reply to this review.

Be aware of the companies that get hired by this bank. I had a business account with PNC bank and the business went under. With an outstanding loan they sicked the collections firm Weltman Weinberg and Reis on us. Not much to say about a collections firm, their job is to annoy you, but the problem is that when we paid the amount off, they were no where to be found. No return calls, no return emails and all we needed was a settlement letter.
