I didn't like it because according to the label it's half price and they only discount you 99 cents. I'll never go there again.

Great thrift spot. The community is very generous with top end items. Prices reasonable not a “thrift grift.” Cashiers are personable. Lots of interesting items. High turnover so you can go again and again and see new items each time.

no organization whatsoever. Clothes are everywhere, fitting rooms aren’t being swept. I get the same old lady cashier everytime and she is SO RUDE. I was the only person in line and started walking up as she was giving the last customer change and she asked if i was in line? Lol I’m the only one here, just mad she can’t holler NEXT IN LINE 😡 I’m a cashier myself, it’s not hard to drop the attitude and put a smile on :)

I was disappointed when I returned to this thrift store after not going for a few months. The prices have skyrocketed and the customer service was awful. I had a very rude cashier named Peggy who refused to discount a stained item of clothing. She very rudely asked “so you’re going to wear it if it’s stained?” And chuckled. It’s not unreasonable to discount it to see if I can get the stain out, that has been common practice at many other thrift stores I have been to. She also did not give me my military discount and I only realized it after I left the store. I was not impressed with the items, clothing, prices, or people. I used to drive almost an hour to this thrift store, and was always able to find a good deal, not anymore.

I know thrift shopping is trendy now, but some of us still come here for clothes because we're poor. The prices are SO out of control here! :(

Foul. Y'all are selling your donated items for top dollar on the shelves and via ebay and your bathrooms look like this. On a slow Monday at that. The folks that shop here deserve better.

My big toe accidentally touched the floor in the fitting room so I sprayed it with disinfectant. This place is filthy.

I would kindly suggest the staff check over donations a bit more before putting them out for sale. I came across an old minstrel booklet (blackface memorabilia) while browsing. It was $1.50, so bought it with the intent to keep the Smokey the Bear music sheet stashed inside and send the booklet to the Jim Crow museum at Ferris State once they re-open for donations.
The staff are always very nice here. I really, really hope the nice girl at the checkout counter can see this and know I didn't have any bad intentions purchasing this. I just wanted to send this to the proper place rather than have some unsavory person get a hold of it.

As an employee... It is important to realize that we shop at thrift stores. Like a regular person trying to keep living expenses down, we appreciate the convenience of shopping after our work day is done. Thank you.

EDIT 1 day later and its up on Facebook marketplace
I like this store until I seen an employee take a $150 vase from the cart she was unpacking and straight to the front to buy it. So of you are wondering why you can't find one of these it's because their employee Rebecca is buying them 2 minutes after they hit the floor. Bet she got it for a steal also, where I'm getting charged retail for most items.
